Wonderful high standard apartment, located in the Residencial Vila do Lago condominium, in Praia do Forte. It has a gym, swimming pool, bar, access to the lake, views of the waters, 24-hour reception, excellent security and infrastructure.

My property consists of two air-conditioned suites, a super cozy air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa and closets, and an excellent, super-equipped kitchen.

We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$ 800,00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property;

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, cabinet.

Suite 2 (ground floor): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, cabinet.

The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the outdoor area, which contains a beautiful swimming pool, gym, views of the water, access to the lake and Gourmet area.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and swimming pool in my space. Furthermore, its intense nightlife, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strength of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to please different types of tastes, as it has a balance between peace, rest and nightlife.
