***A deposit of R$800.00 is required. This must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be returned within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);

**We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate; For reservations over 30 days, we charge for water and electricity.*
