It has 3 bedrooms (1 suite + 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom, becoming a suite), living room with Smart TV, Wi-fi, kitchen and balcony overlooking the pool!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, fan, closet and blackout curtain;

Bedroom 1 (Superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain;

Bedroom 2 (Superior): 1 bunk bed and air conditioning.

*NOTE: Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom, making them a suite.

Located in Village Marisol, in the Praia do Flamengo region, the best beach in the region, with the best tents, Lôro and Pipa!

If you enjoy being in peace to enjoy the sun, Praia do Flamengo (Salvador) has some stretches devoid of excessive movement and some more deserted spaces, allowing you to enjoy nature and tranquility.
