Fully furnished and well-equipped apartment with a queen bed and a double sofa bed, ideal for a comfortable and practical stay. The kitchen features a microwave, refrigerator, two-burner gas stove, water filter, and a counter with two chairs for quick meals. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine, capsule coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

The living room is cozy, with a TV and air conditioning for relaxation. On the balcony, a table with two chairs provides a pleasant space for meals or outdoor relaxation.

In the bedroom, there is air conditioning and a wardrobe with plenty of space for suitcases and hanging clothes. Additionally, the apartment offers an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, and all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare your meals.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.
