"Perle Del Mare" is a new building with two prestigious apartments, located just a few steps from the sandy beach in Pescoluse (Maldives of Salento area).
It can accommodate up to 9 guests, making it a great choice for those who want to spend their holidays just steps from the beach. The "Avio" apartment is located on the ground floor and features a modern living room with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, oven, fridge, crockery, and cookware), 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and a terrace, and the other with 2 single beds), and a stylish bathroom with a shower cubicle.
Outside, there is a spacious area with a covered veranda where you can relax or dine, along with some outdoor furniture.
The apartment also includes a laundry area with a washing machine and a storage room, shared with guests of the Perla accommodation.
