Welcome to one of five Blue Zones! Casa Tranquila is a Gorgeous villa in the hills of Samara.

This contemporary villa offers a chef's kitchen, a private pool, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main area, as well as both bedrooms, are air conditioned. There is a covered dining area, a daybed with shade, and an outdoor shower. High teak ceilings were used in the home's architecture to promote airflow and natural light. The house has a designated workspace making it perfect for remote work.

For those who enjoy the outdoors, this recently finished property is located five minutes from two beautiful beaches, Samara and Carrillo. The property is adjacent to a protected tropical conservation jungle with paths and the property itself exudes a lush, verdant, tropical vibe. A private pool with a tanning ledge, an outdoor shower, a covered dining area with a grill, and a cabana with a queen day bed are among the outside amenities.

The two air-conditioned bedrooms at Casa Tranquila each have a king bed, a closet, and a television. The bedrooms have huge glass sliding doors that open to the terrace or pool. The primary bedroom includes a private office, an ensuite bathroom, and a shower open to the sky. There are dimmable spotlights lighting the 18-foot teak ceilings throughout the entire villa.

The built-in furniture is made by Costa Rican cabinet makers out of local teak wood. A full-sized gas stove, an electric oven, a Whirlpool fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher are all included in the chef's kitchen amenities. A Kitchen Aid mixer, coffee maker, Cuisinart food processor, and Ninja blender are examples of small equipment. The kitchen also has all the tiny items that are required. A full-sized leather couch, a 50" television, a chaise lounge, and stools for the spacious island are all included in the living room/kitchen area's furniture.

Just beyond the primary bedroom and living room, there is an outdoor dining and grilling area that opens to the pool and tropical garden. The entire property is encircled by a 9-foot fence for privacy and protection, has cameras pointed at the gates and front door, and has a safe lockbox. Throughout the entire property, there is swift and dependable WIFI! Groups, families, couples, digital nomads, and small groups seeking some Pura Vida will all love this house!! This residence is ideal for guests traveling in large families or parties, because a sister property is located just next door, and a security door, connects the two pool areas. As a result, the kids won't need to cross the street to visit their neighbours.

Except for one owner's closet and the garage, guests will have complete access to the house. Cleaning service is available throughout stay upon request and at an additional cost. Private chef and concierge service available upon request and at an additional charge.
