Guest access
Guests have access to the entire guesthouse, with the exception of lower cabinets inside the living room. Guests also have access to the un-gated portion of the yard.

Other things to note
The Guesthouse shares the backyard with the main house, and so does not have a 100% private outdoor space. The main house backyard is separated with a fence from the guesthouse yard space.
The backyard is not fully enclosed with a fence (important for guests with dogs).
The clawfoot tub/shower requires you to step up into it. It's a bit taller than a typical bathtub.
