We stayed in this beautiful 5-bedroom home during our trip to attend our son’s graduation at Sheppard Air Force Base, and it could not have been more perfect.The location is unbeatable — just 7 minutes from the gate, which made early mornings and graduation events incredibly convenient and stress-free. After long days on base, it was wonderful to come back to such a comfortable and welcoming home. And because it was so close, we could stop in throughout the day to check on the dogs or take a break.The house was spotless when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable, the bath towels were plush and high-quality, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had five separate groups staying together, and the layout accommodated us perfectly without ever feeling crowded.Tina was fantastic to work with. She responded quickly to my questions before our stay and was incredibly accommodating. Shortly after check-in, she reached out to make sure everything was going well and reminded us that she was available if we needed anything. That level of care and communication truly made a difference.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the home worked out wonderfully for our entire group — including our dogs. We’re so grateful we found this property for such a special occasion and would absolutely stay here again.

If you are looking for a VRBO for your Airman’s graduation; look no further. This home is perfect for a large family. The lay out provides plenty of privacy for all. It’s about 10 minutes from the Valley Hi gate. There is a neighborhood Walmart close by. Tina is an amazing host and very knowledgeable about Lackland AFB. The internet is a little slow, but other than that it was perfect.

Air Force Basic Training Graduation

This property was perfect for our family. With 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms we had plenty of space. It was only 3 miles to Lackland Air Force base which is why we were in San Antonio. The hosts were very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice property and location with respect to getting on and off of Lackland AFB via Valley High Gate. Walmart was right there along with an HEB within few minutes. Would highly recommend it for large group of people. Was plenty of room.

Excellent for BMT graduation families

The perfect location for BMT graduation. The property was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. It was around the corner from Walmart so it made it really easy to buy food and necessities. The entrance to the base was less than a 10 minute drive. Everyone had their own room and shared a bathroom. My first experience of a Vrbo stay and it was well worth it.

We attended graduation at LAFB. Home is just minutes away from gate. Plenty of space to accommodate 10 adults and 2 children. Also easy drive to Riverwalk.

Visit to Lackland Air Force base

This house fit our needs to a T. We all had plenty of room and it was super close the base so it was very easy to get on and off base for the 2 days of ceremonies. We had a couple questions come up and the host was very quick to answer my messages and help with our issues. If we are in the area again will be coming back.

Perfect for BMT!

This house was perfect for us! We were traveling for our son’s BMT graduation. The home was approximately 8 miles from the Valley High gate, which was easy to get to! It’s also within 3 miles of a grocery store! We traveled with 6 adults and 2 teenagers. The upstairs bedrooms are jack and Jill style, which was very convenient. It was great to have an extra living room too. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hosts, Frank and Tina, are wonderful. They were very accommodating and made sure we had all that we needed. Honestly, this house was more than we expected. Our airman felt right at home when he was on town pass. I wouldn’t hesitate again to stay here if I visited San Antonio again.

Great stay for a wonderful USAF BMT graduation!!!

The property listing was accurate. The property was clean well stocked, it was very close to the base and made the trips over for graduation very easy. Plenty of room for our Airman and the entire family to spread out relax and enjoy each others company. Communication with the property owners was excellent as they definitely seemed to understand the personal importance of our visit.
