Howdy ya'll! We are a one of a kind home from our customer service by yours truly to the elegant yet homey feel of this modern farmhouse chic décor.

This farmhouse styled home has TONS of mod flare & of pops of color everywhere! We are loaded on family fun including so many games I guarantee you won’t be able to get through them all, a fully equipped game room & much more!

We do stress however that this is not a party house of any kind including events.

We are a call or text away. Our job is to make your stay as seamless and as easy as possible! We will be sharing our cell phone numbers with you so you will never be put on hold or not taken care of! We are also small business owners so we know the importance of customer service!

Our job as hosts, we believe, is to be fanatical about customer service. We are a family of 5 with 3 kiddos:8,6 and 3 (yes, we had a COVID baby) and when we travel with them, dear Lord, we know it is stressful! So, we make it our mission to ensure your stay is enjoyable and as stress free as possible. We are here if you need any suggestions of places to go with the kiddos (free or paid), help if you have any special requests (we will accommodate to the best of our abilities - we can’t get unicorns but we will surely try!) and anything else you may need.

We do like to emphasize however, we do NOT allow or condone any parties or events on our property. We love our amazing neighbors and they love us back and we work REALLY hard to keep it that way.

This is a cozy neighborhood set back from the Main Street. It has a beautiful front entrance and with the country feel still in the city, you get a really nice balance of both! We are surrounded by wonderful restaurants, shops, Starbucks, small businesses and about 2 minutes away from a large supermarket along with a CVS for quick trips. We do offer the amenities from the neighborhood which include a pool, a basketball court and a covered playground.

Entrance through front door. Door Lock codes will be given out 24 hours prior to your arrival date and will be active during your stay.

Located in a vibrant and up and coming part of the city, you're just a short drive away from some new and of course some classic attractions while also enjoying the serenity of a peaceful residential area.

Our home retreat comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, making it the ideal getaway for large families and groups seeking to create lasting memories.

Room 2: 1 queen bed (Upstairs)
Room 3: 2 bunk beds with trundle. One of them is a twin over twin with a twin trundle. The 2nd is a twin over full with a twin trundle. (Upstairs)
Room 4: (Downstairs) Twin bed with twin trundle.
Loft: twin bed with twin trundle. (Upstairs)

For parking we do ask to keep it at a maximum of 5 cars/ SUVs allowed. Four cars/SUV's can park in the driveway and one is allowed to park on the street directly in front of our home.

Parking allowed for only UP TO 4 cars. Must park in the driveway. Parking on the street is not allowed and may result in towing.

Early check in option available on request based on availability for an additional fee.
3pm is $50
2pm is $75
1pm is $100
12pm is $125

However early check-in cannot be booked in advanced and can only be confirmed 24 hours prior to arrival purely based on availability, dependent on guests checking out at 11 am.
