Lackland AFB and Sea World! Movie theatre and Gym

Location: Located at a quiet corner lot in a newly developed neighborhood, our rental flat, 6 minutes away from Lackland air force base within 1604 loop, is a brand-new house with 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a stylish kitchen, a spacious living room, and a large backyard. Most of our neighbors are military families of AFB. It's an ideal place to stay while visiting San Antonio for a BMT graduation, the Sea World, the River Walk, Alamo, the Zoo, and Japanese Tea Garden. Shops and restaurants are close too.

The Rooms: This brand-new house is fully equipped with new furniture and new domestic electronic devices. There are five beds in three comfortable bedrooms that are fresh, clean, and contemporary in style. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a 50'' smart TV. We have accounts set up and provided such as Netflix, YouTube, Prime video, Disney, Hulu, ESPN for your convenience. Of course, you can watch news as well. The second bedroom has a queen bed. the third bedroom has twin beds. In addition, there is a queen-size foldable mattress for two more persons. All the beddings are carefully chosen with the guests' comfort as the priority.
In the sitting room, there is a 120'' projection screen that you can enjoy. The user manual and instructions for the projector and the Bluetooth stereo sound set. In addition, a baby crib, table, toys for kids, board game are available for guests' use.

The kitchen: Here is the heart of the flat with a variety of facilities for your convenience including coffee machine, tea pot, food processor, microwave, and bread maker. We provide everyday coffee capsules and coffee-mate, tea, and sugar, as well as salt and pepper in the kitchen. In fact, the whole property is facilitated with a soft water system. You can drink water directly from the tap in the kitchen.

Garage: We have converted the garage into a gym where you can find a treadmill, ad collection of dumbbells and a dumbbell stool, a multi-functions Comprehensive trainer, a dartboard and darts, and a yoga mat.

Backyard: Last but not the least is the impressive backyard where you can spend the whole evening. The whole area is covered by artificial lawn and pebbles, clean, tidy, and free from mosquitoes. You will see an adjustable three-seat patio swing that can be laid down to watch shinning stars at clear nights. Outdoor table, chairs and umbrella is at the center. You also find a large barbecue grill with tools and utensils. You're welcome to use them all but need to clean and put them back after use. What is so special about the backyard is that the whole area is bathed in a beautiful sunset that lingers for hours in late afternoons that makes your stay at the backyard timeless and enjoyable! Even if you enter the sitting room at the sunset, a case of soft sunshine lights up the room through the window and your wonderful ate is prolonged.

Guest access: Enjoy the entire villa, except for one locked cabinet.
