This vacation spot was perfect for my family! We went to see my brother-in-law graduate from the Air Force Academy. The kids loved the theater
were entertained as well as the adults! We had great movie nights! It was very comfortable and the decor in the house was great, we also got to enjoyed the pool table. Overall, such a great stay will be coming back!! The hosts were fantastic as well in their quick responses to questions even at 3 o’clock in the morning thank you for hosting my family and making our stay comfortable and entertaining!

Host were AWESOME home was medium we usually bnb every summer for vacation and there were some updates that would really help make the home more enjoyable restroom and theatre upgrades. There were also quite a few keyed areas the pantry is usually something we've always had access to in other homes as well as thermostat this one was controlled and the mornings got warmer which made it a bit uncomfortable sleeping in. The home most definitely has a cute vibe and good location to Sea World

Great amenities

Overall, this is a beautifully designed property. The pool table and movie theatre are definitely highlights. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. I feel some things should have been checked prior to us arriving so we didn't have to call them. One of the pool sticks did not have a tip on it and there were issues hooking up the Xbox. He came to replace it and he had to hook up Wi-fi for X-box to work. Xbox is an older version. He did apologize for not having the the grass cut. At first I didn't think it was a big deal but by the 2nd day, weeds like to grow fast. It was very unappealing sitting on the back porch or pulling into the driveway. We reached out and they had the grass cut within a day or 2. Like other reviews, kitchen is bare basics which I did mention to them while I was there. I planned on using plastic everything so it didn't bother me necessarily. Since there are detailed guidelines on how to use the movie theatre, they should have a detailed book about the property and kitchen items the guest is responsible for as well. If items disappear, they will be charged, but it should be replaced for the next guest. It should also contain garbage day. Overall, beautiful property and they are attentive to your needs but they should be sure other things are taken care of prior to people arriving so you can enjoy your trip and not have to reach out them about things that, to me, are no brainers when renting.

Not great, disorganized

House wasn’t very clean - dirty walls, dirty pool table, found dried ramen noodles on the floor, sheets with hairs on them, nightstand table tops dirtySo many lights with no instructions on how to turn them off. Supposedly sleeps 15, but a couch that accommodates 4 at best, listing showed 6 seats around dining table, but we only had 4.One of the theatre chairs was broken. Theatre volume was so loud & no way to turn it down, made it no fun to even stay in there. Poor quality sheets, slipped off the mattress all night long - found previous guest’s earbuds in our bed. Only 1 roll of toilet paper allotted for each bathroom. I had to reach out to rep to get more. Worst VRBO experience I’ve ever had.

Great for large group and entertaining

Lots of room and fun things to do if you want to just chill after BMT graduation including the movie theater, pool table, and xbox. Some additional provided conveniences would have improved our experiences, such as either working batteries or charging cable for the xbox remotes (both which we purchased and left for future guests), a few laundry soap pods, more than 1 dishwasher pod for longer staying guests, etc. All in all the theater made this a great stay for our group. Great and courteous communications with property manager.

The check in and check out we’re easy. The host called to give a number if we needed anything and did respond quickly when we called. There were no hangers and no hair dryer available. The beds we’re comfortable but the pillows were pretty flat. There was a small park a couple of houses away that we went to.the moxie theater and pool table were nice to have. The location was close to the air force base

Best Comfortable Stay

My family and I was in San Antonio for my niece graduation at Lackland Air-Force Base. The house was 11 mins away. Its was 6 mins from Walmart. The house was very clean and it felt just like being at home. It was 10 of us staying at the house. The beds was very comfortable. We cooked at the house during our stay. The provided dishes was everything we needed to prepare our meals. We spent much of our time outside on the back porch. It was a nice fenced in yard with nice patio furniture for seating. I messaged the house host to find something at the house and they answered very quickly. If we are ever back in the city we will definitely stay back at this house.

Colorful Vibe

My family stayed here one night. We spent the day at sea world and needed some extra space to crash after a long day. It worked well for what we needed. Although it’s still a good 20 min away. We enjoyed being able to come back and whine down in the movie room. The house has some cool features. The only thing I would say was there are little signs that say “no oil on the bedding” in every room
so that’s odd. Must be a real problem
😳. And some of the bedding sheets were mismatched and the bottom sheets on the master bed kept coming untucked while we slept which was annoying. But it was clean and the management team were kind and helpful and got back to us with a question we had about the tv even though it was late at night. The backyard wasn’t in great condition but we didn’t need to be out there so it didn’t bother us. Reminds me of a bachelor pad.
