Situated on a beautiful 40-acre estate that was once a golf course, this retreat combines natural beauty and heritage oak trees, modern comforts, and plenty of space for relaxation or family gatherings.

• You can combine with the other 2 properties on-site to host larger groups or parties (Ask for availability), accommodating up to 16 guests in total across:
• 2 houses (7 guests each)
• 1 cozy guesthouse (2 guests)

It`s important to exercise caution with minors by the pond, so please avoid leaving children unattended. Swimming is not allowed as there is no lifeguard on site.

When arriving at 17875 TX-16, Von Ormy, TX 78073, please use the first gate. Occasionally, GPS may guide you to the second gate instead. If that happens, there’s a convenient turnaround just a few feet ahead.

At the first gate, enter the code provided at booking to gain access. If the keypad appears unresponsive, it may be in sleep mode—simply try a couple of times.

Once inside the property, you’ll see the wedding venue directly ahead. Drive to your left, then turn right, and follow the road all the way to the end, where you’ll find the white house on your left side.

The key box code for the house is located by the door, you will be provided a code upon booking. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, but feel free to reach out if you need an earlier arrival.

Please avoid parking or driving on grass areas.

The property is conveniently located along Highway 16 or TX-16.

Upon booking, we will provide the gate code. Once you gain access you
will see the main house or venue at the front of the property, drive to the left and then right basically just follow the road to the left all the way to the end of the road. Enjoy your stay!

The home utilizes well water instead of city water, although water well is usually safe is not advisable to drink directly from the tap. Additionally, occasionally well water may have a distinct odor that could be noticeable. For that reason, we recommend guests to bring their drinking water.
This is a house sitting on a 40-acre site therefore you might encounter some animals, we have not seen anything dangerous so far, we also have a dog onsite Firu is inoffensive, and she usually stays by the gate if you don’t feel comfortable with that at any time before or during the stay please let us know we can put her away.
There are other properties onsite not available during the stays.

Please do not drive nor park on the grass areas around the house as there is irrigation system, vehicles can also get stock when humid.
We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise out of respect for the neighbors. Parties are not allowed. If you need space for a gathering, the wedding venue in front of the property is available—just inquire about event rates.

Please note: the venue and house around the house are private property and not accessible to guests unless arranged. Additionally, do not walk around other properties on the estate. For safety, do not leave minors unattended near the ponds.
