The Space:

This rental is comprised of two  4 bedroom, 3 bath 3-story Townhomes - approximately 100 feet apart - with identical floorplans and luxury amenities located in gated Townhome community (Sojo Crossing).  Short walk from front door to the Hotel Emma, River Walk and Pearl Brewery with some of the city's finest and eclectic dining options, shopping, and farmers market.



Units boast 4K UHD TV's, WiFi meshnet, water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water. All bedrooms feature luxury Posh+Lavish Oeko Tex King mattresses, crisp hotel linens and towels, and complete hotel bath amenities.



Each Townhome with identical floor plan.  Each featuring:



-Garage access - 2 Car Garage and on street parking directly in front of unit. Pearl Brewery parking for additional cars is just a stone's throw away.

*Master Bath and closet - 3rd Floor bedrooms share this spacious master bath and closet via separate entrances (Jack-and-Jill). 3rd floor shared bathroom with dual sinks, separate tub and walk in shower. Large walk through master closet.

*Laundry Room – HE front load washer and dryer located in 3rd Floor hallway. Laundry detergent provided.



The Master bedroom in one of these homes also has a twin daybed with roll-out trundle while the other home has two 6 inch tri-fold memory foam Twin XL floor mattresses that provide additional comfortable sleeping for up to two more guests.



-Pack and Play, high chair, booster chair, and toddleroo play-yard for families with infants and small children

-Unit is three stories with polished concrete floors on the first floor and wood flooring/ceramic tile throughout the remaining floors.

-High end stainless steel appliances with gas cooking and true vent hood.

-High Efficiency front load washer and dryer on both the first and 3rd floors. Detergent and dryer balls included.

-Unit rental include coffee, tea, reverse osmosis drinking water, linens, towels, hair dryers, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner bottles, soap, etc. -A starter supply of essential items is provided - you may need to purchase more for your stay depending upon your needs and length of stay.

-Electronic keypad on front door for ease of access to unit.

-Exterior surveillance via doorbell camera. Ability to activate Security Alarm as needed on premises.
