Tons of space for the kids with extra wiggles, the dogs and their zoomies, or just a large group to enjoy. A rare 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom setup gives everyone room to breathe, and large beds allowing everyone to stretch and relax. Bunk beds and children's books let the kids have their own space, and a full kitchen for the adults to make their most creative dishes! A large back deck invites gathering, while our cozy front deck is great for people watching with a cocktail and a friend. We invite you to join us for the fun and comfort of it all!

EARLY CHECK-IN:
We know, everyone loves them and they are so convenient to getting your vacation started!

We also need time between guest checkout and your check-in to make sure everything is sparkling clean and ready for your stay. Therefore, early check-ins may be granted upon request but are not guaranteed. If an early check-in is desired, please just send a message letting us know and we will be able to notify you of the available early check in time on the morning of your arrival.

We will always do our best to get you settled in early if we can and started with your stay!

GROUNDSKEEPER:
You may occasionally see our groundskeeper Sal who lives just two houses down pulling some weeds in the yard or making sure the yard is clean and neat. He has been in San Antonio his whole life and an absolute joy to share stories with.

Please note that past guests have commented that the neighborhood may feel unsafe to some. We take your comfort and security seriously and have in place:

Overall, we had a great 5-night stay at the home. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and easy. The home feels updated and well taken care of. It also has an alarm system, which added an extra layer of security and peace of mind.The home is older, and you can notice it in a few places. The floors are a little uneven, and the toilets could be mounted a bit more securely as they rock slightly. We would have also preferred curtains on the windows. Some of the blinds were missing slats, and the evening sun made the living area quite warm.The house is located next to a busier street, so there is some traffic nearby. On the plus side, there’s a gas station within a short walking distance, which was really convenient for grabbing snacks for the kids.The house is only about 15 minutes from downtown and other attractions. The host was very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed, which we really appreciated. The only other improvement we’d suggest would be the beds—one was very firm and the other quite soft, so something a bit more in the middle would have been more comfortable. We did love that both king bedrooms had attached bathrooms and the kids had their own space and bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness, amenities, and attentive host.We would definitely book again. Great value!

Clean home convenient to downtown,

Home is clean, king beds are comfy, twins not so much. Towels are plush and plentiful. Home is located on the corner of a busy street. Lights shine in front bedroom throughout the night and car noise is on the higher side. There is an alarm panel with a camera in living room.

Terrible Experience

We arrived at the property at 11pm and discovered we did not have the access code on our account. We have stayed with VRBO before and this never happened so didn’t think about checking before we arrived. We looked about 10 minutes in our emails and online account while sitting outside the house. There was no driveway so we were parked in the front of the house. While sitting there with our 4 kids, several homeless and strung-out people came by the car and peered inside. The house is on the corner of a busy street. Not finding the code, we sent a message to the house. After waiting another five minutes, we decided to get a different house but with another company. After securing, we were in the way to the new house, the homeowner responded with a code to get in and said that VRBO should have sent it. Since we already secured a new house, we told them to just cancel and refund. Well, still no refund. So buyer BEWARE.
