Located in the charming “Villa Montana Negra”, 10 min from Playa del Faro, 15 min from Yumbo center, and 5 min from El Tablero, you will find a beautiful Spanish “Finca”, with a stunning fruit garden,, a beautiful outside patio and terrace, and a 10 meters long pool to cool off the sun you’ll getting in Gran Canaria.

This apartment boasts two spacious double bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen area, and a freshly renovated bathroom. But that's not all – the real highlight is the breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the city of Maspalomas!

Before entering the apartment, you’ll find the outdoor patio, some parterres full of cactus and local plants, with a large dining table under a beautiful pergola, to enjoy nice meals outside. One barbecue is available for cooking.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the incredible view. You’ll be provided by the owners some local and seasonal fruit and vegetables, if available, such as bananas, papaya, avocado, tomatoes, eggplants, etc… fresh from the garden!

From 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, we ask for your cooperation in maintaining a serene environment within the residence.
