Spanish Style Patio with outdoor kitchen and dining. The small fruit orchard that is located on the West Side of the property with Grapefruits, Mandarin & Naval Oranges and has a beautiful aroma that reminds of of the Historical Routes Of California.

Our family has been in California for 4 Generations and the stories of my father
delivering newspapers through the smudge pots in winter through the large Orange Groves just minutes away from Downtown LA, was the inspiration behind purchasing and restoring our California Ranch Home that was in need a major renovation.


We hope you enjoy the large bedrooms & large bathroom with fresh linens, and a refreshing environment, and a newly remodeled bathroom with rain shower with fresh towels.

The outdoor areas can be spent lounging under the 100 Year Old Walnut Tree and Olive Tree sipping wine and listening to the outdoor fountains while the scent of the small orange grove will whisk you away and relax your mind and body!

On cooler evening's enjoy the outdoor sitting area located in the breezeway.
Bundle up with a blanket and candles. In the summer the breezeway is the
coolest place on the property, with the temperature dropping as the breeze
flows through the open area.

The exercise room and bathroom are located in the 4th car garage for your use
and laundry is located in this area as well.




The future gardens, pool and addition of smaller bungalows will be coming in the
near future. We hope you come and visit again, and again and enjoy the process of this adventure of building a Relaxing, California Authentic Ranch with a
bit of charm!
