Welcome to “Kennebeck Cove,” our new water view house (no shared walls!) professionally designed & furnished by local design team Casas by Craft. Perfectly situated just 1 house to the bay & steps to the ocean on a corner lot, this spacious 3br+3.5ba entertainer's delight features 3 levels + a 4th level rooftop sky deck with outdoor areas on each level! Other highlights: attached 2 car garage, TVs in all br's, w/d, a/c, 2 fireplaces, & sleeps 8 (6 adults max).

1ST LEVEL (1br + 1ba)
Conveniently enter this freshly painted house via an attached garage or side yard. This 1st level houses the bunk bedroom & a full bath, along with patio sliding doors out to the fully fenced side yard, a great area to hose off after a day at the beach.

2ND LEVEL (main living area + half ba)
Enter the light & bright spacious open floorplan main living area, our favorite gathering place for the entire group. This space includes a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating & views out to the bay, workvacay station, plush sofa, SMART TV mounted over a gas fireplace, & water view deck with seating & BBQ. Off the hallway is a convenient half bath.

3RD LEVEL (2br's + 2ba's)
Enjoy sunrises over the bay from the comfort of your very own King size bed! The 3rd level master retreat includes it's very own deck with seating, SMART TV, gas fireplace, & an ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks, surround shower, & separate soaking tub
 it won't disappoint! Further down the hallway is the final br, with a Queen size bed, SMART TV, & it's own ensuite bath (tub/shower combo).

4TH LEVEL (rooftop sky deck!)

 the 4th level rooftop sky deck! An expansive area with 2 separate seating areas including lounge seating & dining seating, City + Ocean + Bay + Fireworks views, as well as sunrises & romantic sunsets.

Summer Vacay

Perfect place for my family to have a summer vacation and celebrate my daughter’s 17th Birthday together. Location was amazing. Took a walk down the bay every morning and hopped over to the beach every day. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Five friends and myself had an amazing stay at this property. We had PLENTY of room, everything was nice and updated, which is rare with beach houses it’s seems. We had zero issues with the place. They had beach accessories, and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend it for anyone. We hope to be back in the future! Amazing

The staff was great from the beginning, checked in by communicating with us to make sure we got in ok and seemed responsive and helpful! We were there for a wedding in San Diego and to enjoy the beach. Things were as shown in pictures and the place was beautiful, clean. and accommodating which showed in the details! There is a shower outside at the front door area which was perfect for getting sand off the kids and all of us before going inside. The rooftop had an amazing view of the bayside. The garage was a double stall with two separate garage doors and one side was more compact but we were able to fit our expedition in the bigger side with room for kids to get out comfortably because it was a double stall, just make sure you have an adult helping to direct you inside the garage if bigger vehicle like ours. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. It was just a minutes walk to bayside and few minutes longer walk to the ocean side. There were also some beach chairs, beach toys, and some other beach items in the garage for use which was really a nice surprise, although we didn’t use them, such a nice accommodation.

We traveled with a group of 7. The house was very clean and well situated. We had a group of 6 boys who enjoyed the boogie boards, games and beach gear. We rented bikes nearby for the week and kept them in second garage. 1st garage was tight but after a day or so, we were able to park a large vehicle fairly easily. It was rainy and cold a few nights, and fireplaces were a big hit, as was the rooftop deck on sunny days. Very close to everything (beach, bay, Belmont Park). We made trips to La Jolla, USS midway, FC San Diego game at new stadium and to zoo -- very easy to navigate to all areas of San Diego from this location. We had a great stay and found home to be perfect for our group. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, multiple small issues, tiny parking spaces

Overall the house is lovely. Clean, modern, and as described for amenities. It was a great home for two families traveling with kids! Comfy beds.Our issues arose from parking challenges and terrible responsiveness from the property management company when bringing up issues (via the contact info provided).This was our first VRBO booking that was managed through a rental company. The communication and responsiveness (lack thereof) left a lot to be desired. Things to note: 1) listing says 2 car garage included *NOTE: spaces are TINY (no details/limitations in booking info)- Upon inquiry (immediately after BOOKING) they provided the dimensions (but fail to mention the height). - from company: “Parking for this home includes a 2 car attached garage *compact vehicles only (approx. dimensions Left Garage 7’8”w x 19’l, Right Garage 7’8”w x 16’l)”- right garage would be unusable unless you have a compact sedan. Left garage fit a small SUV (Subaru ascent for context)- additional parking is first come, first serve with daily restrictions (8-10am) requiring constant movement of vehicles).2) rooftop patio lighting wasn’t working (the key feature of the home) - finally got fixed on our 3rd day3) master ceiling fan was non functional - also got fixed on 3rd day4)shutters in second bedroom were broken and wouldn’t stay closed 5)one dining chair missing (7/8 available)6)bunk room is ground floor & bedrooms are 3rd floor (FYI if young kids).Overall, expected more.

Really Great !

Very clean and the multi levels and extra bathrooms offered privacy to a several generation family. It was close to the Marine Base which made it convenient for our family. We adored the roof top. What a great way to end a busy day of being on the go. You can see the Bay and get peaks of the Ocean. The garage is tight, pay attention to the size of your vehicle. Our rental mini van did fit .
