Summary:

Beach Daze Large is our Beach Daze 1 & 2 combined for a great family retreat.



These adorable cottages are walking distance from the famous Dog Beach and great local shops and restaurants. It is the perfect location for any beach getaway.



The Space:

The front cottage is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances, a breakfast bar and a living room with a HD TV with cable and wifi.  



The back cottage is equipped with 1 bedroom, 1 bath and small kitchen with all you will need for your time at the beach as well as a comfortable living room with HD TV which includes cable and wifi.  



Each cottage has its own laundry facilities and outdoor space. These units would be great for a family getaway.

These properties are pet friendly. If bringing a pet there will be a pet fee of $40/night per pet.  



A little bit about Ocean Beach:



This small beach town is a favorite among locals who spend their days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, hanging out in their vintage VW vans, and strolling through the many surf shops, taco stands and antique malls. Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals and great dining 



Nestled between the San Diego River and the hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is perfect for surfers to enjoy the waves created by jetties. The beach is also friendly for swimmers, sunbathers, even dogs too!



THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:



This home is Non-Smoking home. We don't allow smoking inside or outside the home.  



These cottages are both equipped with split units - which provide both heat and a/c.



This home is located in a residential neighborhood and in a shared property. Please respect your surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule.  



This home is Pet Friendly. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated if known to bark or have a tendency for being destructive. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.  



Pet Fee: $40/Night, $250/Wk or $300/Month (Per Pet).  





Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.  



Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with La Jolla Vacation Rentals.

Bus Line nearby which can take you to the Old Town Trolley Transit Center where you can catch the Trolley or Amtrak Train;

Baby items are available to rent for an additional charge (high chair and pac-n-play)



Boogie Boards are available to rent for an additional charge ($20/Each)



Beach Wagons are available to rent for an additional charge ($35/Each)

Queen Air Mattress Rental With Bedding = $60

Beach Wagons are available to rent for an additional charge of $25/Each



Early Check-In's and Late Check-Out's can be requested 1 week prior to check-in.



Early check in is a $25/Hr fee from 12PM



Late Check out is a $25/Hr fee from 11AM - 2PM
