Located in the center of two of the most popular San Diego city neighborhoods, North Park and South Park, our boho-luxe style home is situated close enough to enjoy the pulse of the city beat, yet nestled far enough away for making personal memories in quiet neighborhood streets away from the high traffic areas.

THE SPACE


This home is located on the second floor of the building and sits just above the attached garage that is available for you to use! After checking yourself in with the keyless entry door lock, you are welcomed by a warm and inviting space where you can gather to create personal memories in the living room and kitchen areas, as well as the ability to retire into your own bedroom for peace and quiet.

With a fully equipped kitchen and all new stainless steel appliances to include a refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, and coffee essentials, creating and enjoying your best meals will keep this part of the home at the center stage during your stay.

If you don’t feel like cooking or cleaning, enjoy the immediate plethora of local restaurants and dining that this neighborhood has to offer. For some of our favorite dining choices, make sure to review our recommendation QR Code on the welcome flyer when you first arrive!

The fully furnished rooms offer plenty of storage space in the closets and privacy as both rooms are separated from each other. The two rooms feature a queen sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people and will share the common area bathroom that is located just around the corner from each of the bedrooms. In one of the rooms, we have a twin-sized trundle bed that rolls out and comfortably sleeps 1.

Enjoy the luxury of free on-site laundry with the washer and dryer units sitting in the utility room just outside your front door!

When the sunsets are blazing across the San Diego skies, make your way out to the private back yard where you can enjoy the outdoor seating and dining area, perfect for grilling during those perfect San Diego evenings.

GUEST ACCESS


You will have access to the entire home, including the rear yard, the attached garage, and the laundry room. There is a fence with a locked gate in the back yard that separates the front building from this home. Guest access for this listing ends on your side of the fence line with the locked gate. There is also another unit that is attached to your building where other guests are staying. Accessing this unit during your stay is also off limits. They will have their own entrance, as well as access to the one parking spot located in the alley way (right of garage) PLEASE DO NOT PARK HERE.
SECURITY CAMERAS ON SITE:
* There is a video camera on the top South side of the building that is recording at all times. It can see the guest parking space as well as the entrance gate for the other unit on site.

These cameras are always recording for security reasons. We do have access to the videos in case there are discrepancies with number of guests, pets, etc.

We DO NOT allow pets. My wife has severe allergies so please do NOT attempt to sneak any pets onto the property. You would be subject to an excess cleaning fee ($500) and may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

No parties. The city of San Diego has strict noise ordinances. If you ignore the local laws, house rules, or violate VRBO policy, we will cancel the remainder of your stay and you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Any fines due to violation of local noise ordinances will be the responsibility of the guest.

This property is professionally cleaned and fully sanitized serviced for every guest who books with us! The home will always be stocked with bath towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!

Choked out by oil diffusers - Host didn't see a problem

When we went inside the unit we were immediately hit with a choking amount of fragrance. I found FIVE plugin oil diffusers, unplugged them, set them outside, and opened all the windows to air the place out. The manufacturer states the diffusers are good for 550 sqft, so this is FIVE TIMES what should be there. The host says they have "severe allergies" to pets so they know what irritants feel like.I immediately contacted the host to let them know I had found the five diffusers and set them outside. I also asked about AC for the bedrooms as there wasn't a minisplit in them. I slept terribly. It was hot in the room despite the door being open (so much for "plenty of...privacy") and I had a headache from the persistent fragrance.The hosts did not see a problem and seemed more concerned with their investment property than guest safety. They said I should have told them "months ago" that I had asthma which isn't relevant if products are used correctly.They also stated because the house had any AC it was not mis-represented despite it being incorrectly installed and inadequate for the space. (Each bedroom should have had a dedicated split head.) Many hours later they told me their decision was not to offer me a refund "it's peak summer season." They offered to clean the space however we had already moved out due to their lack of timely responses into a last-minute hotel. I couldn't risk my family vacation hoping they cleaned every surface, blinds, cabinets, etc.

Amazing property and location

We came to San Diego with our 2 teenage daughters, there was plenty of room for us. Stayed 4 nights, wonderful communication with the owners, very kind and responsive to questions. The location is incredibly close to downtown and has shopping and food in the neighborhood. The couch is super comfy and made movie watching and hanging out very enjoyable. Wonderful, comfortable stay!

I couldn't have been happier with our stay. Perfect spot for our family of 5. Just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The garage and laundry room were such a plus! My 4 yo loved the yard and watching the chickens across the alleyway through the kitchen window. Shower Had plenty of shampoo and body wash. Kitchen nicely stocked with supplies. I appreciated the plastic dishware for my little one. Conveniently located to places we wanted to go. Hosts communicate well. Would definitely recommend!
