The living room features a cozy fireplace, stylish sofas, and abundant natural light streaming in through numerous windows. A flatscreen TV provides entertainment, while French doors open directly onto the expansive outdoor deck. The adjacent dining area has a table with seating for four, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and a convenient breakfast bar with seating for three. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, French doors that open onto the deck, and an en-suite bathroom with a sleek shower. Bedroom two offers a queen bed and a flatscreen TV, while bedroom three has a full-sized bed and a dedicated workspace for any remote work needs. The second full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day exploring the coast. Other Things to Note:

• Guests must be at least 30 years of age to book.

• Parking is free on-site in the driveway, plus there is street parking.

• The washer and dryer are located in the garage. The garage is only for access to the laundry/no parking.

• Kindly note there will be mandatory bi-weekly cleanings for longer stays.

• Please note there is no air conditioning in the house.

• Pets ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet.

• Events/parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
