Traveled with 15 month old son and the setup was perfect. Location is great! Bedrooms are large and have newer flooring (not carpet) - we setup the travel crib in each room (realized one has a sky light after setup) and there was still plenty of room in both rooms; house was clean and as advertised; kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, storage containers; we had a Dodge Durango rental car that fit in garage - nothing larger would though; communication with manager was great. Definitely staying again!!

Our stay on York Ct was wonderful! The home is clean, it was so helpful to have a parking spot, the beach chairs in the garage were perfect for reading our books and watching the sunset from the beach, and we appreciated the basic household supplies that were provided: shampoo, conditioner & body wash, laundry & dishwasher detergent, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub and access to the beach and boardwalk. We visited many local establishments and had a lot of fun touring around San Diego. Access to/from the airport was easy as well. All together a 5-star experience! We will be back, hopefully for a longer stay the next time.

Perfect location for absolutely everything! From beach to food to drinks and entertainment, it was all so convenient! The house had everything we could need and more! We loved having beach chairs and a beach tote available and the cards and games were such a fun touch! Cribbage at the beach, Uno and bananagrams on the cute private deck. We used the hot tub everyday as well! 10/10 and we can't wait to stay again!

Great location, close to beach, and restaurants. House was clean and kitchen had everything one needs. The condo is small but quite functional. It was great to have a washer and dryer and an extra 1/2 bath downstairs. The only improvement I can see is to replace the carpets with laminated flooring because the carpeting (especially the stairs carpeting are quite old). Overall, we would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming San Diego home! It was the perfect beach getaway for our family. The house was clean, cozy, and had such a welcoming feel—it instantly felt like home. The location was unbeatable, just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed—restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, you name it. The hosts were so thoughtful and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in, which was a huge help with our flight. We especially appreciated all the beach gear—chairs, towels, toys—which made our time by the ocean even better. We had such a great experience and would come back in a heartbeat!

Florence felt like home, and this property was a big part of that. Marianna was so responsive and took care of us from the moment we booked. Everything was clean and perfect- and the location couldn't be better. Super close to all cafe's, shopping, and groceries. And an easy walk to the central plaza and train station, we never needed a car except a taxi to the airport. The beds were all comfy, and sitting on the terrace eating breakfast with views of the dome was so special! Just be ready to climb some stairs to get into the apartment!

Perfect Location!

Our family of 4 loved our stay at C Ranch South. The home was clean, bright, and uncluttered. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. The mattresses were firm and comfortable. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. The house is super close to the beach - less than a one-minute walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for weekend getaway

Location was perfect, very walkable to restaurants and beach. Check in and access to home was easy and the home felt very private. Home was very clean and had all amenities required for an extended weekend. I love to cook, so this was a perfect location for someone (or two people) who like to make their own meals. I can't express enough that the location of this home is beyond perfect. Steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The house was quaint yet perfect for our little family. Hot tub and porch was a wonderful touch to the end evenings especially when it was a little chilly. Love the tractable porch canopy with the lights that made dinners outside spectacular. All of the greenery surrounding the porch and hot tub was so relaxing. Sleeping accommodations for our teens and ourselves was comfortable. I'd suggest cooking in this quaint little kitchen and having dinner on the patio. Having the garage parking was so much appreciated as parking is hard to find. We will be back. This is a wonderful rental.

The location of the property is perfect. House great size for our party of 4. Hot tub is a little small, that only fits 3 adults. The air and tv were a little confusing to use. All in all, we would definitely stay at the property again.

Perfect location we loved it

Thank you for letting us stay at your place - it was great! We'd do it again. One suggestion is to have the people who clean check the knives for cleanliness. Every knife we pulled out to use was so gross...something that would be easily overlooked and not a deal breaker. We had a great time!

Great Stay in Pacific Beach

This property was in a great location. Close to the ocean and the bay. Both were in a few minutes walk. The bedrooms were large and the kitchen was great. The bathroom showers could use updating (black mold on the shower curtain and the shower flowers were very dirty), there were only a few hangers in the house, and no hand soap in the bathrooms. There was plenty of laundry detergent and dishwasher soap to use. The house seemed like it is meant for three people The hot tub only fits three people, three chairs on the patio and three beach chairs available to use. They did have a beach umbrella and boogie boards to use which were great. Overall it was a nice place and we would stay here again.

Weekend golf and shopping getaway

The location of the property is excellent. 2 minute walk to the beach and 15 min to La Jolla and 15 min to Coronado. Generally clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and linens and sheets very clean. The place needs a little sprucing up. Needs a coat of paint and the carpets upstairs have some large bad stains. The main bath upstairs also was very dated. A lot of black mold in the shower and shower doors. Bathroom really needs an upgrade. One sink in the double vanity also took 5 min to drain so it needs a good flush to drain properly. Overall, the location was awesome and the place was clean. Just needs a few upgrades before we would come back.
