This convenient 2br+2ba ground level offering includes an expansive & exclusive ground level patio with outdoor dining seating & bbq (not shared!), the ideal spot to enjoy the San Diego sunshine! Other highlights include designer touches throughout, nice open floorplan, 3 Queen beds, 1 onsite parking, cozy fireplace, sleeps 6 (4 adults max), A/C, & washer/dryer.

INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Remodeled & professionally designed interior with beachy furniture, furnishings & décor throughout! Step into the main front entry door into an open, bright, & sunny main living area that includes a SMART TV, plush sofa, cozy gas fireplace, all surrounded by windows letting in lots of natural light.

Off the living room is dining for 4 as well as kitchen bar seating for 3. The dining & living areas flow seamlessly in to the beautifully remodeled gourmet kitchen that features cabinets galore, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, white countertops, all new lighting, & fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

The hallway leads to both bedrooms & baths. Br #1 has a Queen bed, tv, large closet, & ensuite bath (shower). Br #2 also has a Queen bed, & off the hallway is another full bath (tub/shower combo) + side x side washer dryer.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Comfortable for 4 adults but definitely not 6 adults, seating in living area does not accommodate 6 adults. 1 bath towel for 6 nights is not enough. Well stocked kitchen. If you want shade on the deck in the afternoon, this is not the place for you. Our Hyundai Santa Fe did NOT fit in the car space, you could park but the driver couldn’t open the door to get out. If there is someone in the rental above you, it is so loud, every footstep, talking, etc. overall, we would not stay here again.

Cute property close to everything

This property is adorable and close to everything you could need. Super fast walk to the ocean or the bay. Close to restaurants, market, and shopping. No car necessary. My only reason for 4 stars is as others have said if the upstairs unit is rented it is extremely noisy and the master bedroom bed is very uncomfortable/hard as a rock.

Spacious and convenient

We had a lovely stay in this well of portioned and very roomy ground floor dwelling. There were two chests of beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs. We could literally walk straight out our door and be on the beach in four steps. The boardwalk provided great walks and runs in the awesome cool weather of spring. Beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious.

Enjoyed the property and location. Place was fully stocked with everything you could need. Very clean. Outside patio was great and enjoyed the fire pit. The carport is very tight make sure you have nothing bigger than a small suv or sedan. Great property.

Great unit & perfect location.

We were in town along with a bunch of family/friends, most of which were staying just down the road in a big house on the beech. The lower level unit was perfect for the four of us to get away from the large crowd and still be close enough to be involved when we wanted. The unit is so close the beach, without the cost of being on the beach. Unit is fully stocked with everything we needed, just had to get some food/drinks. Only slight negative is the carport is very small, but parking anywhere is nuts so having the carport was nice. Overall, we loved the place and would for sure stay in it again.

Location Perfection

This place is good, founding it in the dark is a bit tricky. We enjoyed the place loved the outdoor sitting. Kitchen has most things you are looking for to cook, we made breakfast every morning and dinner one evening. The store right away the corner is convenient and the liquor store across the street is great. We enjoyed the beach and the bay! Airplane are a bit loud, but the fans in the place help you have good white noise.

Great location for a staycation!

We live in San Diego but just wanted to spend a few days at the beach. The location of this property is great- right between the ocean and the bay. Mission market is also right next door if you forget anything. We enjoyed beach volleyball, fireworks and walks in the beach. Wonderful stay.

Awesome Location

The house was great but the location was perfect! It was leas than a 2-3 minute walk either way to get to the bay or the ocean. The bay was perfect for finding shells and hanging with my little one while the ocean was perfect for my husband and teenager. The beds were comfortable and the house came with everything we needed. The 3rd queen is actually blow up mattress in the living room but it was perfect for the kids. The washer broke while we were doing sour first load of towels but the property managers responded quickly and sent someone over with plenty of towels and someone to come fix it. You can definitely hear the upstairs neighbors but the location of the home and management team made it worth it. There is a little coffee shop, market, and restaurants all within walking distance. Would stay again.

Fantastic getaway!

This was an amazing location for our week long sister’s trip. We were yards away from the ocean and harbor on the other side. Neighborhood was super quiet and clean. We were able to find street parking each time even though we were here during a busy time of year. We cooked the majority of our meals and the kitchen was a great size for our group of 6 and stocked with the cooking essentials. Ample room for a group of 6. We spent a lot of time on the patio eating or just hanging out. The only con was the upstairs. You can definitely hear upstairs quests walking around and when we were there, they had kids upstairs running around. Definitely depends on the parents- one couple had their kids in bed by ten the other on our last night let their kids run around until 1am. So be aware when booking of this possibility. Depending on the time of year or day of the week you are coming, it could be difficult to get on/off Mission Beach due to major traffic. Make plans to stay put for the busiest days and exploring off site on less busy days. We will definitely consider this place when coming back and missed it as soon as we left.

The Best Yet!!

We rent every summer in SD on Mission. This was our first rental off the boardwalk. It was the best yet! We rented both units for 9 people (4 adults, 2 teens and 3 kids ages 8-10). The location can’t be beat (under a minute to great food, market and liquor store). House was upgraded and roomy. Parking for our 2 small SUV’s was a breeze. House was well stocked and everything worked great! Neighborhood was friendly and very well maintained. The walk to the bay was about 45 seconds and the beach was maybe 1.5 minutes. Belmont was a 5 min walk (I have a broken foot so these are close estimates). The roof top deck was used nightly to watch the fireworks at Sea World and had a great view of everything! Would definitely rent here again!

This home was very nice, clean and accommodating. Neighbors were very nice and it’s located right next to a market for anything you need, and a bar for anything to drink! Would highly recommend this location.

Great weekend getaway!

This is a lovely place for a small group or family to stay. It’s smaller than it looks in the photos but worked for the three of us. Mission beach definitely quieter than further north but be aware there is a rentable floor directly above as in most of these places so some noise is expected. Great location.

2020 Beach House

Our family rented this property and had friends renting the large home directly across from our deck. Between the 2 homes we had several kids and couples. Our 5 day stay was absolutely amazing! Easy walk to to the beach and bay. We had bbq on the deck, bonfire on the beach, bike rides on the boardwalk. Walking distance to restaurants and Belmont Park. Short drive to La Jolla to watch the seals play in the surf. There is bike rental down the street near Belmont Park with very reasonable rental price too! Out door shower on deck was so nice to rinse off and clean beach toys after a day on the beach. Home was clean and nicely decorated. We absolutely loved the deck for cocktail hour. The Market was only steps away and very convenient! My only complaint was the flies but not much could be done about this, just be sure to shut your slider. Neighborhood is nice and was overall quite during our stay Sunday - Friday.

We loved this place. The inside deck heart was so tasteful and it had everything you could ever need. The space is set up really well. Also it’s perfectly located between the Bay and the ocean with the handy market just steps away. We all loved it!

Great location

Great location . Literally 1 min walk to bay and 3 min walk to the beach across the street. Had a little trouble accessing the door with code provided but called Toni and she answered right away and got us in . Place was very comfortable and clean . Toni e mailed me the day prior to allow us an early check in and we didn’t even ask so that was really nice . We stayed from Monday and checked out Saturday . Only downfall was someone checked in Thursday after 9PM to the unit upstairs and it was extremely loud. Walking around and moving patio furniture was pretty frustrating . Other then that it was really quiet there. If I went back I may consider checking out earlier in the week to avoid the “weekend” people .
