BEDROOM #1: Furnished with a very comfortable queen-sized bed. The bedding is cleaned for every guest. (1) queen-sized bed accommodates two people. In addition, there is a ROKU Smart TV

BEDROOM #2: Furnished with (2) very comfortable full-sized beds. The bedding is cleaned for every guest. (2) full-sized beds accommodate 2-4 people. In addition, there is a 2nd ROKU Smart TV

BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are also provided. A hairdryer is also available.

KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests.

LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a 3rd ROKU Smart TV with plenty of seating comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there is (1) sofa bed.

You are welcome to bring your pet dog or cat. We do charge a simple $50/pet extra cleaning fee (Service Animals included). Your pet(s) are able to be walked around the block as needed. The fee can be paid upon Check-In. Thank you for your understanding.

Definite night noise issues with a fight and people doing drugs in a parking lot just outside the bedroom windows late at night. The person above us was very noisy with HEAVY walking (maybe heels!)around until all hours. Yes, this is an older building, but some carpets above might help this issue! Ear plugs you left on the table, white noise and even a pillow over our ears did not work.We could not sleep well at all. The floors were not clean and were sticky...our feet were black after walking on them. Dishwasher was out of order.The rest of the place seemed clean and in working order. Communication from the host was not great and confusing between using different virtual hosts and the management company. The management offered to move us the last night to the street side. We said no(Noisy street!) and just went to a hotel after 3 nights of sleep issues which impacted our trip. No refund was offered to us at all. Also we were supposed to be 3 people and let them know ahead that our son's flight Friday was cancelled (GOVT shutdown!) so we were down to 2 people . No one responded about this since we paid an extra person fee. I had asked about the coffeemaker and never received a response as well. We would not stay here again or recommend it . The parking pass was nice to have and the beds were comfortable. Overall disappointing.

There were tons of great bars around. Everything was within walking distance. The beds in the rooms were very comfortable. Plus, having a full kitchen was great! Having TVs in both bedrooms was a huge plus for late night streaming.

Great place to stay for conference at the convention center! Just a 10 minute walk, the building is secure with different codes for the building and the loft. We stayed Sunday through Friday and the nights were quiet. Fast internet to work. Great communication for check in and check out. Would totally stay there again!

Perfect location!

This place was in such a great location. It was definitely in the heart of the action, which was great to be able to walk out and get coffee go to dinner and have the kids. (Late teens) walk around without us. It was super easy to Uber to the zoo. Really close to the airport and just in a great location. The place was very quiet so cute and clean. It was perfect for our needs.

Great location in san diego

Although the check in didn’t go exactly as advertised (there was no parking guy and cart), it was still super easy to park in the crosswalk and take stuff to the unit ( and we had 3 loads worth of stuff). It’s only 3 doors up the street. And the street was open at checkout so we could pull right up. The parking was an excellent feature to have and was close and convenient. The unit was great. As we were in the middle of a 16 day trip the laundry was awesome. Bed was comfortable (we only used the main bedroom but the others looked good too). Loved the headboards with built in plugs/charging station. The people above us were quite noisy on the floors but it’s to be expected in these older buildings. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Convenient for being in the party district or a short walk to the convention center.

Property was very nice. Communication from the owners was prompt and clear. My first time staying at a VRBO. Definitely had more space than a standard hotel. Rooms were clean. Queen bed was very comfortable. I'd recommend offering some clothespins to allow the curtains to be drawn without blocking the room's in-window air conditioner. This was probably true for the second bedroom, but wasn't an issue as I didn't sleep there. TV's had Rokus. Owners had a few waters available which was nice. It was hot during my stay. Some homeless people in the area but I was not bothered. I might think twice if I was a young lady traveling alone. Petco Park is a short walk as is the convention center. You can walk to many good restaurants within 20 minutes. I'd consider staying again with my wife. Maybe not with young kids, but your mileage may vary.

Great location and hosts

This apartment is right in the middle of everything. You can walk to all the downtown attractions and the waterfront and Little Italy very easily. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. The parking is so convenient and made getting in and out a breeze. The space is comfortable, clean, and the hosts very communicative when I had questions.even though it’s small it has different spaces for us to lounge and spread out. The hosts had some fun suggestions for our trip, too.

Location, location, location

The location of this property is ideal. Right in Gaslamp, walking distance to everything, and away from the noise. Having a parking pass was also very convenient. Our family of four fit comfortably. The kitchen is a little small and sparce, but you shouldn't need it much with all the great restaurants around
