There are 3 bedrooms each with a king bed. We also have a pack and play available for little ones

• Primary en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower
• Second full bathroom with tub/shower combo


PLEASE NOTE OUR HOUSE RULES:
-Quiet hours are in place from 10PM though 7AM. This property is in a residential area, and we must respect our neighbors. Noise monitoring devices are installed on property and will alert us to excessive decibel levels. (Please note these devices do NOT record sounds or conversations). Violations may result in eviction and a $1000 fine
-Primary guest must be 25+ confirmed with valid government-issued ID
-No parties or events are allowed at this property unless explicitly permitted by us in writing prior to booking. Unauthorized parties or events may result in eviction and a $1000 fine.
-No re-arranging of the furniture. Altering the layout will result in a $500 fine
-Damaged or missing items are charged at twice the replacement cost. TV remotes are charged at $200 each. Garage remote and/or physical keys are charge at $500 each.
-Grill must be cleaned after use or additional cleaning fee will be charged
-The number of guests allowed on the property is limited to the number listed on your reservation. Additional guests, or visitors to the property, during your reservation are not allowed without approval. Unauthorized guests will be charged at $200 per person, per night
-NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE IS ALLOWED. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. Violations will incur $1000 fine and be subject to eviction.
-Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by us in writing. Unauthorized pets will be charged at $300 per pet, per night, as well as double cleaning fees.
-Exterior security cameras are present to monitor points of entry and ensure safety
-Please respectful of our home and treat it as your own. If there is evidence of excessive damage or mess upon your departure, you may be subject to additional cleaning or repair fees.

Guests assume full responsibility for themselves and anyone they have invited over to the property.
We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of your personal belongings.
By confirming a reservation, the primary guest acknowledges that all members of the traveling party have read, understand, and agree to comply with these house rules and any noise or exterior monitoring policies in place.
