THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 30 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella)
-Home is in the epicenter of Mission Beach and noise may be heard from time to time
-Home is NOT equipped with laundry facilities but a paid laundry mat is 50 ft from building
-PLEASE NOTE: This is a condo on the bottom floor with a unit directly above it with a permanent resident. The local Noise Policy is strictly enforced and we ask that you be a respectful neighbor to those that live close by.

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There is parking on the South side of the building for ONE vehicle on the right side (east) of the carport. Please do not park on the left side as this is reserved for the other tenant who lives above.
