• Occasional neighborhood noise may be heard due to the central location

• 1 non-shedding well-trained dog allowed w/ fee. Must be kenneled if left alone. No other pets without Coast approval.

• Guest must sign an e-sign agreement w/ Coast's terms and conditions
• ID and credit card verification required
• No Smoking anywhere on property, including exterior areas

• Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM
• Guest Policy: Only registered guests may stay overnight; maximum occupancy must be followed
