Notes: Ample street parking (Driveway reserved for weekends). As a lower unit, you may hear footsteps from above.

Important Notes:

- Occupancy: Strictly limited to 2 Adults + 1 Child (Max 3 guests total).

- Layout: This is a private lower-level unit. There is a unit above, so you may hear occasional footsteps.

Indoors:

- Sleeping: 1 Queen Bed. For the child, we provide a Queen Air Mattress or a Playpen.

- Bathroom: 1 Full, nicely decorated bathroom.

- Amenities: Wi-Fi, Heater, A/C, Fan.

Outdoors:

- Deck: Private deck with panoramic canyon views, cozy outdoor sofa, and modern chairs.

- Parking: Reserved driveway spot available weekends only. Ample free street parking is readily available on weekdays.

Access: Private Entrance.

The Location

- Located in the quiet Linda Vista neighborhood (USD area). We are a central hub to all major attractions:

- University of San Diego: ~3 mins

- Old Town San Diego: ~8 mins

- Fashion Valley Mall: ~8 mins

- SeaWorld & Mission Bay: ~10 mins

- San Diego Zoo & Balboa Park: ~12 mins

- Path to Entrance: Access is to the left of the driveway. Follow the side stairs down to your private entrance.

- Private Space: You have exclusive use of the entire lower unit and the private deck.

- Dedicated Deck: The outdoor lounge area and canyon views are yours to enjoy.

- Living Space: The bedroom and bathroom are completely private and not shared.

Other things to note
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Feel free to hang out and enjoy the deck! Since there is a road below the canyon, we don't expect absolute silence. However, please lower music and voices after 10 PM out of respect for the residents living directly above you.
