The Space:
This modern duplex is nestled in the vibrant South Park neighborhood of San Diego. South Park is a hidden gem known for its picturesque tree-lined streets, historic charm, and a lively community spirit.

This unit features a dedicated workspace, making it an ideal choice for remote workers and digital nomads seeking a productive environment. For your convenience, the lamps and one bedside table are equipped with USB charging ports, making it easy to keep your devices powered up.

Stay cool and comfortable with individual mini-split air conditioning in kitchen/living room and both bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans throughout, and stay connected with high-speed WiFi. With a queen bed in one bedroom and a full bed in the other, our space accommodates up to 4 guests.

Great location, clean and quiet house.

The location of the property is great for a family of 4. The neighborhood is very walkable with a park a block away, and multiple restaurants and coffee shops. The house felt very clean and comfortable and the owners worked with us when we had to move our check in dates around. The house is minutes away from most San Diego tourist attractions which was very convenient for us. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Cozy spot on a fantastic neighborhood.

Perfect for our family of four. Easy drive to Balboa Park. Walking distance to several restraints. We especially enjoyed walking to the Big Kitchen Cafe for breakfast. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful.The house itself was small, but has all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Perfect for a launching point for sightseeing and day trips.

Modern Gem

Really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is as advertised, nice layout, very clean and comfortable, great neighborhood. Was visiting for a child's sporting tournament and needed to add an extra day to our stay and Michael was very accommodating. We were in and out for 3 days to different areas in San Diego and this location was close to everything, Whole Foods downtown, excellent coffee shop in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again to see all the attractions San Diego is known for which are also close by here.

Great stay!

Found this last minute gem for our trip to San Diego. It was in the center of all the places we were visiting this week. It was also perfect for 2 adults and two teens. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the home and well maintained. Also, shout out to Michael for communicating and solving our minor issue in such short notice. I recommend this place!

Great house and location

The house was perfect for us! It was just a friend and myself traveling together, but this house was perfect. Perfect amount of space for us without being crowded or feeling like we had "too much" space for our needs. The house was within walking distance of several restaurant options and some small shops, including a really cool crystal shop. Do keep in mind that the house is a duplex, so it is possible to hear noise from the occupants on the othsr side (so it would also be possible for them to potentially hear you). This wasn't an issue for us (though we could hear their baby crying at night, but neither of us minded!). We did reach out the day before our check in and asked for an early check in so we could shower and get ready for our evening dinner plans. They graciously allowed us access to the house 3 hours early, and we were very grateful!

Comfortable and Convenient

This property is walking distance to great restaurants and everything you could need for a short stay (or longer). And, short rideshare rides to downtown, gas lamp district, and other attractions. I highly recommend and would stay here again the next time I am in San Diego.

Great place, great location

The apartment is beautiful, cozy, and well stocked, and the location is perfect. My husband, 6 month old baby, and I stayed there for a long weekend and we loved the proximity to the restaurants and shops of South Park. The baby slept great and we did not have any issues with noise, despite the proximity to other apartments. The directions for check in and out as well as for the amenities were all very clear. Thank you for making our stay easy and enjoyable.

Great location with cheap uber into convention center

We attended for Comic-Con and knew that the hotels near downtown, as well as parking, were an immediate no-go due to pricing and availability. We booked this location and enjoyed a cheap app rideshare each day ($10-15 each way) and were much happier because of it. The accommodations themselves were nice and communication with the property manager was frequent. The only knock was the proximity to the other buildings on the lot, as the walls are a bit thin and neighbors were loud at night. Otherwise, a great experience!
