The Space:

The home’s spacious front patio is perfect for cozy evenings, with seating for four around a fire pit and a shaded porch area for a relaxing outdoor retreat. Inside, the second floor opens to the main living space, featuring a comfortable couch, cozy chairs, and a flatscreen TV, making it ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. Sliding glass doors lead to the second-floor balcony, where you’ll find a lounge area with bay views, a barstool table, and additional seating for enjoying the fresh ocean air. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an eat-in dining area for four, creating a welcoming space for home-cooked meals or takeout from nearby local restaurants. The sleeping accommodations include a primary suite on the ground floor with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, providing privacy and convenience. Upstairs, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds and a TV. Yes host was welcoming. Garage is difficult to enter due to angle of alleyway. A couple dust bunnies in hallway. I strongly suggest a gate at the top of the stairs. It was dangerous for my elderly father and out if the question if I had small children. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Yes the host/management company were very welcoming and were very responsive....the property was as advertised....very new with all the amenities one could as for as well as being strategically located close to Mission Bay, Belmont Park and the Ocean with miles of boardwalks to walk and ride bikes. The street is very quiet in a busy neighborhood and very family friendly and the two car garage and 3 full bathrooms are a nice plus with friends and family stoppig by for visits. Highly reccommend.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my son’s 22nd bday. Close to beach and bay with shops all around and Belmont park. Very clean, had all essentials even 2 bikes.Had issues with the Internet, but Alessandro was on it ASAP. He had to call somebody else to come in, but by that evening was all taken care of. Wonderful service, definitely recommend! Thank you for a great day, will definitely return.
