Bay in the front of the building ocean behind the building, all less then a minute walk. Everything from Belmont park to restaurants, markets and rentals are all in walking distance.. 15 min from the airport and Zoo and 5 min to Sea World…. Best spot on the beach

Walking is the easiest way to get around but if you need to rent bikes there are many rentals within walking distance, electric scooters and bikes are also available around the unit

Please no parties in this unit, not against fun by any means but parties are a no go
