An extension of our signature private villas, Alesea Suites: Surf Town offers a new way to experience La Union through modern, stylish 1-bedroom units, thoughtfully designed for the modern traveler. It’s everything you love about Alesea — the aesthetics, thoughtful details, and hotel-like amenities — made more compact, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families.

The space
Alesea Suites has three 1-bedroom units—this listing is for Unit 1 only (visit our profile for Units 2 & 3).

Common Setup (Base rate covers 4 pax only)
- 1 Queen Bed: 2 pax
- 1 Twin Bed: 1 pax
- 1 Sofa Bed (Living Area): 1 pax

Additional Setup (+P1,800/head/night for the 5th guest onward, max 7 pax):
- 1 Sofa Bed (Living Area): +1 pax
- 2 Optional Floor Mattress: 2 pax

Alesea Suites shares the same main entrance as our Alesea Oeste Private Villa (booked separately) and is the first property upon entry. Alesea Suites does not have a pool. Access to Oeste’s gated grounds, including its pool, amenities, and beach access, is not included with Alesea Suites bookings and is only permitted if your group has also reserved the Oeste villa.

While our suites are not beachfront, we're just a quick 3-minute stroll away. Easily access the beach by exiting onto the highway and taking a nearby public footpath located just around the corner. You'll be soaking up the sun and sand in no time!

Guest access
While you may see other guests nearby, your suite remains exclusively yours.
