The space:
Located on the top level of the building, the flat comfortably accomodates up to 5 guests. It has three bedrooms and one and one-half bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms have queen-size beds: one with a built-in cabinet and armoire; the other with a closet. The third bedroom has a twin-size bed with a closet.
The combination living and formal dining room area faces the east-side of the building; getting nice ethereal light on sunny mornings with a partial view of Coit Tower and the San Francisco Bay. There is a 40" ROKU TV, wireless internet, Bluetooth speaker radio, roll-up desk and oscillating fan included in the living room.
The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything needed to make nice home-cooked meals. There is also a dining area and a double-stacked washer & dryer in the laundry closet for convenience as well. The one and one-half bathrooms have marble floors and sink top with a shower over the original claw foot tub.
Guest access:
Access to the flat is provided through an entry code assigned to the guest. Please note there are seventeen steps from the front door to reach the flat upstairs. Guest has access to the entire top-floor flat which includes three bedrooms, one and one-half bathrooms, living & formal dining rooms, kitchen and laundry closet.
Interaction with guests:
I am readily available through VRBO messenging prior to and during guests stay; or alternatively, by text or email to address any immediate concerns or in case of an emergency.
Other things to note:
The flat is not equipped to support children from 0-4 years old. No parties or events are allowed. No exceptions.

Easy public transportation to all areas: 3 different cable car lines 1 block, 1.5 and 2 blocks away, respectively. Bus stop is 1/2 block away. Taxis and shuttles are easy to catch at the Fairmont Hotel 1 block away.
