The cozy unit will allow you to get some much-needed rest without the hustle and bustle of the city noise. The unit is conveniently located in the Central Sunset District, bordering Irving, Judah, and Noriega St, and has a walking score of 86. All errands can be accomplished on foot and it is extremely easy to get in and around the city, as there are multiple modes of transportation and restaurants nearby. Grocery stores, laundromats, and gas stations are also easily accessible within a few blocks. After a long day out exploring, come back to your suite located in one of the safest residential areas in San Francisco where you will find various local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation nearby (free street parking too!).


Things to Note:
There is no parking in the driveway.
Free street parking is available in front or within a few blocks from the property. Rest assured that parking spaces are plentiful. When parking on the street, pay attention to the signs that detail the street cleaning date and times and turn your wheels accordingly to avoid being ticketed by the city.

Due to the Coronavirus, we're taking extra precautions to disinfect all frequently touched surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, faucet handles, dispensers, and countertops) after each reservation to ensure the safety of all guests. The space is supplied with antibacterial hand wipes, hand sanitizer, and hand soap for guests' usage during their stay.

By booking and paying for a reservation, you are confirming you have read and are agreeing with everything disclosed below. Violating any of the house rules may result in additional charges and cancellation of your reservation.

•Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM.
•Check-in hours are from 3 PM to 11 PM ONLY.
•Check-out time is 11 AM SHARP.
Quiet hours, check-in, and check-out times are strictly enforced.

Additional broken house rules and fees:

-Absolutely NO smoking of any kind (including but not limited to: marijuana/vaping/tobacco)/no drugs/no drinking inside or near the premises. This rule is STRICTLY ENFORCED $500

-No parties or unauthorized events $500

-No unregistered/undeclared guests, visitors or animals on the property; $50 each plus reservation will be canceled and no refund given

-Lost key fee $50

-Make a mess. please clean it up. Excessively dirty additional cleaning fee $100

-Late checkout: $20 per every 10 minutes after 11 am

-No eating on the bed; please eat at the table

-No solicitation of any kind of product or service to other guests.

-Do not burn candles or have any open flames on premises for safety reasons.

-We have the right to immediately enter the unit to remedy an issue you say is not right.

-Broken house rules will cause reservation to be canceled without a refund. You will then be asked to leave or charged with trespassing.

-In addition, if the unit is unable to be rerented because of a smoke smell, damage, or additional cleaning is needed because you broke the house rule(s) you will also be required to pay for the lost revenue.

-security cameras with recording devices are installed at the entrance areas for check-in and security purposes.

-Illegal activity will not be tolerated; cops will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately and without refund.
