For the first night, I was put in a terrible room. 1, I could hear all the noise from outside. 2, The room heater sounded like a car engine 3, The pillows were nothing of the sort 4, The bed was old When I complained, I was given another nicer room. However, the room should not have been given to a paying guest. I will be getting in touch to ask for my money back for this night.
