Decorative ceiling, wall and floor pieces indigenous from all over Mexico lend to the feel of a true Mexico experience. Private gardens throughout the property with secured entry and driveway allows comfort for freedom of children and family.
Villa Celeste is just 25 miles north of Puerto Vallarta on the beautiful, secluded Nayarit coast. This beautiful close to ocean property consists of a three-story house with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, heated pool, and outdoor BBQ area with outdoor stove top.

This extraordinary property is situated across from unspoiled white sand beaches of San Francisco (San Pancho), Nayarit. Lush vegetation and palm trees surround the beautifully-landscaped grounds. Here you can enjoy spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, breathtaking sunsets, migrating whales, playful dolphins, and sea turtles. There are a host of adventurous activities, including epic surf, pristine golf, and horseback riding at your disposal. Catch a game of Polo during the season at the La Patrona Polo Club. This is the perfect destination for those who seek privacy, serenity, and/or adventure.

The villa is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need to enjoy your Mexican getaway. Equipped with 2.4G and 5G fiber internet connection, you'll stay connected in a relaxing place. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, including a Vitamix, oven, microwave, coffee maker, air-fryer, and filter water spout. This house has a unit that provides hot water for one shower at a time. Please schedule your showering accordingly.There is an outside stove and Weber grill for your use by the pool. Both have
covers since they are prone to rust given their proximity to the ocean and salty air. You may want to clean the Weber prior to use (wire brush is in the kitchen drawer). Please clean the grill after use.

The property is within walking distance of town, but is far enough away to steer clear of the daily crowds and noise. When in the small town of San Pancho, you can find many shops, grocers, and many restaurants to suit the taste of any family member. Do not miss the opportunity to mingle with the locals. They are very friendly and eager to practice their English with you. San Pancho itself is a picturesque Mexican fishing town with quaint cobblestone streets and virtually no crime. It looks much like Puerto Vallarta did before it was discovered. Villa Celeste is professionally managed for the guest's convenience.

Services with extra cost:

- $400 mxn per day of A/C units usage during the months of November, December, January, February, March and April. The rest of the year the A/C usage is included.
- Charging a rental golf cart in the house represent's a cost of $200 mxn per day.
- If your stay is longer than a week, we provide housekeeping and change of towels and bed linens. Additional cleaning can be arranged at a cost of $35 per visit (tip not included in this rate).
- The pool can be heated upon request for an extra fee of $100 USD/$1,800 MXN per week. Please inform us in advance if you would like to heat the pool.
