Nestled on a hilltop surrounded by beautiful nature accompanied by the sounds of birds and small monkeys, this cozy home will wrap you into relaxation as you unwind and breathe in the fresh air. Take a leisurely stroll down the beautiful path leading to the koi fish and tilapia ponds, as well as a seating area where you can read, do yoga, or just be present in the moment with nature. Take a few more steps and youâll be able to hear the sounds and feel the mists of the waterfall. There are many different fruit trees on the property that bear fruits during the different seasons. Please help yourself. Take only what you need.
The road to the Waterfall Garden house features both dirt and concrete surfaces. A 4x4 is not required, but highly recommended!
Our home offers travelers more than a pleasant stay. It's equipped with many amenities to make you feel at home. The kitchen is open and spacious with many appliances to make homemade food. There is a âsodaâ (Costa Rican term for a small mom and pop open air restaurant) at the foot of the hill where you can experience delicious authentic homemade Costa Rican food, if you don't feel like cooking. Breakfast from this soda is included with your stay.
The house has 2 bedrooms, both furnished with queen sized beds, a TV, and an AC unit. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is also a sleeper sofa available in the living room. There are 2 full bathrooms: 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.
The 1st floor is crutch accessible, but not wheelchair accessible. There are stairs leading up to the 2nd floor.
Just 10 minutes from the center of San Isidro de Perez Zeledon, you can find shops, markets, pharmacies, casinos, and lab centers for COVID testing. Dominical and Uvita beach are just 30 minutes away where you can find excellent restaurants, and plenty of activities such as a visit to the Wildlife Animal sanctuary, surfing, diving, fishing, zip lining, ATV tours, and more.
The home provides privacy; gated and in a safe area. However, be VERY CAREFUL and CAUTIOUS of wild life such as snakes, spiders, frogs, iguanas, big cats when wandering around the property because the backyard is practically a forest.
