The development of Las Góndolas has a communal tropical pool open in 2023 from May to the 12th of October, from 10:30 to 15h and from 17 to 21h.



Located in the km 17 of La Manga, Veneciola, Mar Menor is 1 minute walking distance from the apartment and Mediterranean less than 5 minutes.

There is a small supermarket in the same street and many shops, bars, restaurants, farmacy...



3 km from the apartment there is a big supermarket (Spar) and the Tomás MAestre MArina is about 5 minutes by car, in this area (Tomás Maestre) there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...



A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
