The condo is situated directly on Costa Azul surf beach in San Jose del Cabo is known as one of the best surf beaches with 3 great surf breaks starting with Old Man’s for beginners, The Rock for intermediate surfers, and Zippers for those with Experience, and it is only a 15-minute walk from two supermarkets. The easiest mode of transportation is Uber and it is only a ten-minute drive to downtown San Jose. If you have a rental car, there is one parking space available.

The resort complex exemplifies a laid-back atmosphere, modern luxury with an environment that transitions seamlessly from one space to the next with only 34 private condos. In addition, there is a heated pool with ocean views, a restaurant and bar, Surfboards, boogie boards, and kayaks available to rent and we can arrange surf lessons too. There is a private roped-off concession of the beach for guests with daybeds and the stables will bring horses to the resort for an evening ride down the beach, or you can gather around a fire pit at night to watch the stars.
