2-3 minutes away: Mall Paseo Central (featuring a movie theater, shops, and restaurants) and the Riba Smith commercial area, perfect for quick grocery runs.

5 minutes away: The picturesque Parque Unión (Downtown Chitré), the historic San Juan Bautista Church, and the most popular local and international restaurants.

Plus, our location serves as the perfect base camp for day trips to nearby cultural hubs like Las Tablas, Guararé, Pedasí, or the famous surf spot, Playa Venao.



Getting Around:

By Car: This is the fastest way to explore. From the house, it takes less than 3 minutes to access Avenida Pérez or Vía Circunvalación to reach shopping centers. The property includes secure private parking.

By Taxi: Since we are close to landmarks like Mall Paseo Central, it is incredibly easy and affordable to hail a local taxi at the corner or request one via phone.

Walking: There are a few local convenience stores and bakeries within walking distance that you can visit with total peace of mind.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM local time. Check-out time is at 12:00 PM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience for our incoming guests, so we need your help checking out on time. Please note that any unauthorized late check-out after 12:00 PM will incur an additional fee.



Please respect the home, as we love keeping it in excellent condition. No parties or events are allowed. House rules are very important here. Parties, loud music/noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please monitor your noise levels during this time. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things get too loud so we can notify you. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.



To comply with all legal requirements and property safety rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, pass through our verification portal, and, in some cases, complete a criminal background check.
