The PERFECT family vacation home mins from the beach & surrounded by amazing hiking trails! Enjoy surfing locally, exploring the BEST of south Orange County beach cities or simply relax in our big shaded backyard, soak in the hot tub, chill in the sauna or relax next to the fire pit. Home is spacious 3bd (+air mattress) w/ full kitchen, dining for 8 inside and outside. Our home has all necessary essentials including a workspace with computer, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, fans & central heat.

- Enjoy ocean views and breeze from the large picture windows in two of the bedrooms. Views can also be enjoyed from both bathroom showers while still being totally private!
- House has everything you need for a comfortable beach vacation including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and surf boards!

Neighborhood is a quiet residential area surrounded by hills and hiking trails, facing west towards the ocean. Our home is central to all south Orange County beach cities ! - Just a 2 min drive to nearest beach - Doheny State Beach and Dana Point Harbor - and within 10 mins of famous surf spots including Trestles and Salt Creek.
- Old town San Juan Capistrano is just two exits up the freeway and offers great shopping, the Amtrak train station, The historic Mission @ San Juan and more.
- The San Clemente Pier and The Outlets @ San Clemente are located just a 10 min drive south. The surrounding area (within 10 mins) is filled with great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping and more. Miles of hiking trails with ocean views are walking distance from house.
There is a very large grass park with kids play structure located 5 mins walking down hill. John Wayne airport is 25 minutes away and the Amtrak station is 8 mins away. 15 minutes drive to Laguna Beach, 30 minutes to Disney Land, 1 hour to Los Angeles, and 1 hour to San Diego.

NOTE: There is a studio guest unit on property - attached to the main house. Entrances are completely separate and there is no access between the two. If interested in renting the guest unit as well, please inquire with us.

GETTING AROUND: Car is highly recommended - house is on a large hill. E-bikes suggested for biking. Uber and Lyft are very available in the area. (Amtrak train station is 10 min drive from house. John Wayne International airport is 25 min drive & LAX is about 1 hour drive).
