Blue House is a spectacular place due to its location since it has spectacular beaches, rivers, tourist places, gastronomic experiences and areas of great fun. In addition, it offers you the comfort to relax after a day of lots of fun. You can plan your outdoor BBQ day with the necessary comfort in the outdoor patio. You can also play board games that both children and adults like. Enjoy an excellent vacation with your family or friends where you will not regret it. I share some places near Blue House.

The entire house was very clean and organized. It is very open and airy. Everything worked perfectly. Nedska answered questions quickly. There is absolutely nothing I could say wrong about the house. It is very close to the beaches, restaurants and sports bars. I am very satisfied with my stay and I highly recommend staying here.

House was very clean and the host was great to deal with. House had great amenities! Our only complaint is the neighborhood. Rooster crowed every single morning at least an hour before sunrise. There is no sleeping in. I would also mention as another person did in their review that the traffic and neighborhood noise definitely increases on the weekend.

Everything was perfect. I was a little concerned the first night because of the noise from outside the neighborhood. It settled down and was a very relaxing stay. Food recommendation were perfect. Place was clean. Beds comfy. The host was on every text I sent. I would recommend this home. Close to a lot of great things. Easy drive to San Juan.

Hidden gem in Fajardo

This is hands down the best place I’ve rented in PR. The location is amazing closed to the marina, restaurants and places to have fun. The place was well equipped, clean and spacious. The communication with the owners was great. I would definitely come back again next time.

Perfect House in the Perfect Location

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The beautiful, ultra clean home was in the perfect location for us. Close to beaches, great restaurants, El Yunque and San Juan. It is in an established neighborhood which we enjoy living like and with locals when we travel. Communication with Nedska was timely and informative. The house itself was SO sparkling clean. The pictures are totally accurate. Our adult family had plenty of room to spread out. Each room has its own air conditioning unit so we were all comfortable. And, there is full provision of beach gear (chairs, towels, a cooler). Best of all, the house has a generator which was much appreciated during the major power outage the island experienced while we were there. Believe the outstanding reviews and believe me that this is the place to stay for your Puerto Rico adventure!

Amazing place!

We stayed a few days on the East Side of the island and I was super impressed with the cleanliness and all the amenities at the place. Nereida was very attentive in responding to my messages. And almost anything you can think of was there at our disposal. Also a great location. About 10-15 min from different beaches. (The seven seas beach was beautiful.) We'll definitely look for this place the next time we come.

A beautiful Get Away!

When we first drove down the street toward the house, we were all a little bit concerned about the looks of the neighborhood. How wrong we were! We soon learned that the burglar bars are just a part of Puerto Rican architecture. The house is absolutely beautiful. We had no problems, except the water for the shower would get hot and cold. Other than that we could not be more pleased!

Family vacation for bio bay!

The stay was amazing! The property has everything you need for a vacation in Puerto Rico. It was very close to a bunch of beautiful beaches. And it wasn’t far from the ferry to Vieques for the bio bay. The hosts were very quick to respond with all answers. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Comfortable

We found this house to be comfortable and was easy to access. There is room to park two or even three cars off the street. The appliances are up to date, the beds and linens are currently in very good condition. The bathrooms are small but in excellent condition.Many of the furnishings are pretty basic. But nothing created a problem with use of the house. We benefited from use of beach chairs and other extras in a closet.The hot water must be from an in-line heater. The temperature was difficult to control while showering.
