Diese Strandvilla ist 1.200 m² groß und bietet Platz für 2 bis 6 Personen. Diese luxuriöse Villa wurde für absolute Privatsphäre entworfen und verfügt über einzigartige Möbel, Beleuchtung und Dekoration für jedes Zimmer und Wohnzimmer. Seine Lage ist in einer ruhigen Gegend, es ist so ruhig, dass Sie die Wellen hören können, da der Strand nur 50 Schritte von der Unterkunft entfernt ist.

Vom privaten Balkon haben Sie einen direkten Blick auf den Wald. Coqui ist der einheimische Frosch der Insel. Nachts kann man den Frosch Coqui, Coqui, Coqui singen hören. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einer ruhigen Gegend sind, sind Sie hier richtig!Die Villa verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Edelstahlkühlschrank und -herd, Fensterläden, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Master-Suite-Zimmer mit Queensize-Bett, eine zweite Suite mit Queensize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten.

Es ist ein großartiges Hotel mit 24-Stunden-Sicherheit. Relaxed Holidays in Puerto Rico!

The Apartment was very nice, clean and lovely furnished. The whole area is beautiful and nice to explore: a lot of beaches, the near rainforest, etc. . The contact to the owner was very good, easy and friendly - fast answers and good tips. We would come back anytime - Thank for the nice holidays!

This place was everything and more. FRESH towels, New soap, closet full of beach items. Kitchen fully loaded with things you need. Even a fresh bag of ice in the freezer. Bunk beds isnt my thing (im big and above average height) but large bottom bunk. No issue. Communication and history of place and areas 20/10!!! Only issue i had was the pools wasnt open for me and by issue meanjng i couldnt use them but that beach was used and that i couldnt stay longer.

Great vacation

Our condo was very clean, it had everything we could have needed, plenty of toltries as well. The staff there was very friendly and we never had to wait at the gate. They partolled the area throughout the day. The photos listed are very old, the pool is not gated any more and is not well maintained like the photos show. The playground and pool near it with the hot tub was very dirty through the whole week. We couldn't use it at all. There were broken pieces of plastic and holes where the filter covers should be, and mold in the pool. The pool by the beach was much better maintained and we enjoyed it. They seemed to have been fixing up. Checking in and out was super easy and lesley was very responsive to our messages. I was happy to see a generator, after learning of frequent power outages on the island. The AC in the bedrooms was great, although i wasnt aware there would not be ac throughout the entire unit, we were still comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay. The beach was beautiful and other guests were so friendly.. We will definitely be back to PR!whilthere.

Beyond expectations

We loved everything about our stay! The check in process was easy (despite our late night arrival). The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The complex was also very nice, the pools were clean and the beach was beautiful. We loved the neighborhood, the local restaurants and proximity to the airport. Lesley was a spectacular hostess! She was quick to answer all questions and provided us with an abundance of helpful information. We would absolutely return to stay at this beautiful vacation spot again! Thank you Lesley!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The home itself is gorgeously decorated. AC worked great. My kids loved the pools & easy access to the beach. We were close enough to easily explore the rainforest, Luquillo, and multiple beaches. Loiza is a cute little town with a great vibe. I would absolutely stay here again. The condo apt was very nice, had two outside patios and two full bathrooms. There was 24 hour security. However, the hot tub was not very hot and there was no access to the beach near the one pool, was under construction but for the most part the condo was very clean and had everything that you needed but the location of of condo, you needed to drive to places cause there was nothing close by.

Lesley did a great job of communications before during and after our trip. We had a minor issue with the TV (not that we used it much) that was easily addressed within the hour. Beautiful condo and close to a private quiet beach

Great location and fantastic hosts, they were very helpful and kind. The condo was very clean and comfortable, AC, beach supplies and amenities for cooking were available. Can only recommend this place to anyone else who wants to be close to the beach and the pool was relaxing and quiet. Very close to the rain forest and San Juan. Beautifully decorated, well maintained, very clean and comfortable.

This property was all we expected and more. The grounds of the condo complex are extremely well taken care of and very safe with 24 hour security. Beach access was awesome! The condo is very clean and spacious. We especially loved the decorations. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and for the beach. The owners are very easy to communicate with. We exchanged emails multiple times before our stay and text messages during our stay when we had various questions. This property is located in a convenient location for us to travel both to San Juan and to the rainforest and Culebra. Pretty much a half way point between San Juan and Fajardo. We enjoyed our stay and when we return to Puerto Rico we will stay here again and will recommend it to others.

Perfect homebase for fun and adventures.

What a great place to stay. We were worried that visiting Puerto Rico this soon after the Hurricane might be a bad idea. It was not. Though it is evident that the Island has had major trauma it did not affect our vacation in any way. We were still able to visit Flamenco beach, ride mini jet boats, visit the El Yunque forest and enjoy the beaches. It was an amazing trip. I can’t wait to return!

Tucked away treasure!

I can't rave enough about my stay. This condo well exceeded my expectations from the moment we walked through the door. It was completely remodeled and furnished with everything that you would find in your own home! I felt like I was staying at my aunts home. The property is well kept and the private beach is just that "private". Oh and the hammock on the balcony sealed the deal, there is nothing better than spending your evening in Puerto Rico relaxing in a hammock! Thank you Lesley

Villas Del Mar is an awesome place

First I want to say that the owners Leslie and Eddie are wonderful people. They were very accommodating and always available if you need to reach out to them. The apartment itself was clean and very charming. The hammock was one of my favorite spots. The apartment has everything you need, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkeling equipment etc. Everything was great. As for the resort itself, it was immaculately clean. The pool is fantastic, especially the hot tub. The private beach access is a great place to take pictures and watch the sunrise. We didn't swim in that area because the water is a little rough and I was just taking precautions, but it is a beautiful place. The resort is gated so there is a lot of security and safety. The surrounding area is full of diversity. The proximity to San Juan was very convenient and if you didn't want to go to the big city, the town of Canovanas is only 15 minutes away and they offer everything you need. They have a outlet mall that has all the major brands and a Walmart/Supermarket that is very convenient for those essentials. The food nearby Pinones was excellent. We were all over the island so it is recommended to rent a car to get to know the town more. We loved our stay and we will definitely go back. I recommend renting the place you wont regret it.

Amazing apartment

Lesley and her husband were very prompt when providing booking information and always available when we had a question or concern. The apartment is about 25 mins from San Juan and about 25 mins to Loquillo beach. The apartment and the beach were all very private and my family felt safe staying on the property. My family felt at home in the apartment. We are a family of four, 2 adults and 2 teens. I was amazed at how equipped the apartment was full kitchen w/paper towels, dish-washing liquid, coffee maker, coffee and sugar, a few condiments to get started. The apartment was very clean, and had anything you could possible need while away (boogie boards for the kids, beach chairs, coolers, soap, bug spray, pamphlets for activities in the area, beach towels)The Wifi worked great, the apartment has one TV so the kids were able to use their devices to watch TV, while my husband and I watched TV in the living room. We are grateful to have spent a week in such a beautifully decorated apartment in Puerto Rico and would be glad to return.

Perfect place and attention!

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos, and the beach is somehow even more beautiful! In the apartment you have everything you need. You just have to bring your swimsuit and enjoy! The attention from the owners is absolutely the best! Very helpful with every questions that we had and very courteous. They provided detail information ahead of time about the apartment and the area that helped us plan our trip to the fullest. Relaxing get away!

Great little getaway location!

This is a great spot for a girl's getaway! Loíza is about 30 min from the San Juan airport, so we were close enough for a day trip to Old San Juan, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city. We were also close enough for a 1/2 day trip to El Yunque National Forest. The condo complex is clean and well managed, with a locked gate and buildings. We alternated between the pool closest to the ocean and the beach, and had both practically to ourselves most of the time. The condo was well equipped with bath and beach towels, as well as beach gear. Grocery shopping isn't too far away - just a quick 15 min drive to several stores, as well as chain US restaurants and stores. The Farmacia Mediania just a block away was good for quick last minute food and pharmacy items. We had a great time here!

Puerto-riffic!!

You pay for a comfortable place and get Lesley's expertise as a bonus. The apartment was perfect for our needs - the beach gear, cooler and boogie board were used often. Having a washer/dryer plus a fully stocked kitchen was great too. It's just a short walk to the beautiful beach. My two youngest kids loved the pool right next to the ocean. The apartment location is half way between San Juan and Luquillo/Faradjo - ideal for soaking up both locations with only a 20 minute drive. The gated entrance makes you feel safe, although walking around the neighbor felt safe too. Lesley is fantastic. Her customer service is what you'd expect at a 5-star hotel. She is a wonderful resource and responds quickly to calls or e-mails. You'll be happy you chose this spot :)
