Charming 2BR Stay with Balcony & Generator in San Juan

Welcome to your home away from home in the vibrant heart of San Juan! This inviting apartment features two comfortable bedrooms and one full bathroom, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to five guests. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or a small group, this is the perfect base for exploring everything the city has to offer.



The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes a private balcony—an ideal spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining at home: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. For your comfort, we've also included a TV and a hair dryer.



Please note that the building does not have an elevator, so stairs are required to access the apartment. While private parking is not available, a secure 24-hour public parking lot is conveniently located just across the street.



To provide peace of mind during your stay, the building has a backup generator and a water cistern to help maintain essential services during power or water outages. While these measures are in place, occasional and unplanned interruptions in service may still occur due to issues with the electric company.



We’re excited to host you and ensure you have an amazing time embracing everything that makes Puerto Rico special! As a tropical island, and its lively neighborhoods come with the vibrant soundtrack of city life. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs.



Additionally, tropical weather can bring occasional bugs, especially those attracted to light—so we suggest turning off lights near windows to help keep them away. While rare, these are all part of the island experience we love and want to share with you.
