Perfectly located near Calle San Sebastián and El Morro, you’ll be steps from great restaurants, boutiques, and some of the most iconic sights in Old San Juan—ideal for exploring the neighborhood’s rich culture and history.



This is a non-smoking, pet-free home with quiet hours after 10 PM. Please keep in mind that Puerto Rico may occasionally experience brief water or power interruptions.



Please note: Old San Juan is a lively, historic district with an active nightlife and steady foot traffic. Street noise is to be expected, especially in the evenings and on weekends. During peak travel seasons, holidays, and local events, the area can become significantly busier, which may result in higher noise levels at all hours. This space is best suited for guests who enjoy being in the center of the action or who don’t mind the sounds of a vibrant city. Light sleepers may want to consider bringing earplugs for added comfort.



The property uses an eco-friendly solar hot water system. Hot water may take a moment to reach the tap—please let the water run briefly and turn the handle fully.



Please note: the property is located toward the top of Old San Juan, which means there is a steep walk to and from the apartment. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay, especially if you’ll be toting luggage.
