Your Private space (3000sq feet) is a bright and spacious second level unit in a two unit house. You will have access through the Private Entrance up the stairs on the back side of the house. We are Located in a gated community just minutes from several of the island's most beautiful beaches and El Yunque Rainforest.

*The other unit is downstairs and smaller, accommodating up to 4 ppl, it is called "Garden Hideaway". It is available for whole house rentals sleeping up to 14 people.

Come live on "Island Time" with fun coastal décor and ocean views. Be enchanted by the song of the Coqui while you relax on the balcony on the porch swing, or lounging in the Adirondack chairs. A peaceful and fun trip for the whole family!

Shared spaces on the property are - the patio with the laundry, and the side yard next to the house. Take a walk in the yard and find, coconuts, passion fruit and avocados when in season.

When inside you will find a ton of space for everyone with two large bedrooms both having King size beds, a fun and unique built in bunk room with 4 twin beds. There is an extra large living area and dining area combined equipped with a large television, a game table, a pool table and a long family dining table. And as you enter the living space you will see the large kitchen to your left with a large island for gathering and cooking and lots of storage space, and two sinks.

Then head outside and enjoy the large wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the neighborhood and peak-a-boo views of Luquillo and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Listen to the sounds of the rain forest, like some Endemic Birds (found only in Puerto Rico) and the song of the Coqui. There are also some free roaming chickens and roosters as well as the neighbors flock. You may also see some local Iguana's and the neighborhood cats roaming about.

The kitchen is fully stocked with what you need for cooking, as well as added amenities like oils and spices and all the cutlery ad pots and pans to make some delicious meals for you and your friends or family.

*please be aware There is another vacation rental in the lower part of the home for small (2-4) groups of people (Garden Hideaway), it has a separate parking area and separate entrance.
