I arrived late evening with two checked bags, a carry-on, and a backpack. An employee sitting outside didn’t offer assistance, and at the desk, I was assigned a room on the second floor. There’s no elevator, so I had to carry all three bags upstairs myself while two front-desk staff looked on—no offer to help, just a shrug when I noted the room was on the second floor. The attitude felt dismissive. Notably, there is no place to put your bags in the room. I had to put my bags on the bed to access clothing and sundries.
There’s no breakfast service—only Keurig coffee in the lobby. The location is close to the airport; if you get a room on the wrong side of the building, you’ll hear aircraft powering up before takeoff. (I was on the opposite side and slept fine.) On the positive side, my room was clean and in good condition.
Overall, the cleanliness and proximity can’t make up for the lack of basic hospitality and the inconvenience of no elevator. I would not recommend staying here again.
