And don’t worry about power outages disrupting your stay—this apartment features a reliable backup generator to ensure your comfort throughout your visit. If you prefer the fresh air, there is an additional sitting area on the covered patio with a small table and 3 chairs. In the sitting room, you’ll find an office desk and chair creating the perfect laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

To ensure your comfort, the room includes a ceiling fan and air conditioning, and for added convenience, it has an ensuite full bath with a walk-in shower and ample closet space.

For those inevitable thrills and spills, there’s a laundry closet in the hall with a stacked washer and dryer.

This is a self-check-in property. You will use a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available seven days a week! Should you need anything, just send us a message!

The property is approximately 5.5 km | 3 mi from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). The area is well-served by public transportation, including buses and taxis, providing easy connectivity to key destinations within San Juan. If you rent a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations, there’s gated parking on site.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited—failure to comply results in a $200 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- 2 Pets under 60 pounds each are allowed for a fee. Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.
