This boutique building is a walk-up. One suite is located on the ground floor and three on the 2nd floor. All suites are decorated in Japandi style interior. We are located in a unique residential beach neighborhood with a diverse population. With the best Beach in San Juan only a few min away, bordered by Loiza Street full of culture and diversity with many unique restaurants, eateries and bars you will surely satisfy your vacation appetite.



The Space:

This property has a total of four suites that can fit up to 8 people. If you have a big group, just inquire about the other suites or check them out by going to my profile.



Our boutique building offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere for your stay. The walk-up design adds to the charm, with one suite conveniently located on the ground floor and three on the second floor. Step into our suites and be greeted by tastefully decorated interiors inspired by Japandi style, combining Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian aesthetics.



The ground floor suite provides easy access and convenience, while the upper floor suites offer privacy and a bird's eye view of the surroundings. Each suite is thoughtfully furnished to create a comfortable and inviting ambiance for your stay.

Other Things to Note:

-All communication must be on the AirBnB message thread of a confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly. Please note I have 40 listings so this is crucial to offer the best service. This will allow me to address questions quickly as the platform identifies you immediately.



-Please note that Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time when you need to get in touch with me. If it is off hours, please allow some time for a response or search in the Listing Details and/or AirBnB message thread for the answer to your question.



-No 3rd party bookings are allowed. The person that books must be present at all times. No information will be shared with anyone other than the person that booked the reservation. If not followed your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the properties where you can enjoy a meal or a drink while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas; It is the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean and the second largest in Latin America. Alternatively, you could leave your luggage at a 3rd party provider company; “HOLD MY BAGS”. Please be advised we have no affiliation with any of the mentioned business or locations.



-Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.



-Some listings have fees depending on the amount of guests to account for additional expenditures with the increased amount of guests. If you do not book for the correct amount of guests your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-We also certain amenities per the amount of nights and guests. If you do not put the correct amount of guests you may be missing some of these for your stay.



-We provide paper towel and toilet paper for your arrival and a few days after. If these run out guests must buy their own.



-Payment processing is handled by AirBnB, so all inquiries must be directed to them including partial payments, payment dates, etc.



Interaction with Guests:

This apartment is designed to be a self check in and check out experience. I am usually not on site, although available if need for any reason. Please contact me directly if needed.
