Our Queen Room with Balcony is designed for a comfortable and inviting stay, ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a bit more. The room is equipped with modern essentials, including a flat-screen TV for entertainment, a mini-fridge for keeping beverages and snacks cool, and an efficient air conditioning system to ensure your comfort. Guests will find a selection of amenities to enhance their stay. The highlight is your private balcony, offering a charming outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air or unwind.



Electricity Management

Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages are frequent. We have a backup generator system so you aren't left in the dark, but its duration depends on responsible usage.

The use of the following is strictly PROHIBITED:

- Climate Control: Air conditioning.

- Kitchen & Personal Care: Microwave and hair dryer.

- Laundry: Washers and dryers.

- Charging: Mobile phone or laptop chargers.



Water Supply

While water outages are uncommon, we are prepared. We have backup water tanks on-site.

In the event of an external service interruption:

- Minimum Use: Reduce water consumption to the essentials only.

- Laundry: The use of the washing machine is suspended during the outage.



Hurricane and Storm Policy

We want your stay to be safe, but we cannot control nature.

- Refunds: No refunds of any kind will be issued for weather-related causes.

- Flexibility: In the event of an atmospheric phenomenon, we offer the option to reschedule your vacation, subject to our calendar availability.



Guest Access:

Guests will access the entire Room and property common areas including the interior patio.

It offers a unique blend of urban sophistication and historical charm, with beautifully preserved Spanish Revival and Art Deco buildings. Guests can explore cultural institutions like the Museo de Arte y Diseño de Miramar (MADMi) or the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico. The area boasts a diverse culinary scene with a variety of restaurants, from local Puerto Rican flavors to international cuisine. Miramar is also home to the Puerto Rico Convention Center and provides easy access to the San Juan Bay and the Club Náutico de San Juan, offering a serene escape within the bustling city.



Getting Around:

Excellent for couples and solo travelers. Easily accessible via public buses (ATI Tren Urbano) and taxis, with a quick 5-10 minute ride to Old San Juan. Rideshare services like Uber are also available.

Construction is currently taking place in the building from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (local time). Noise may be present during these hours.
