Our stay has unfortunately been very unpleasant. Iâve really tried to avoid leaving a negative review, but at this point itâs difficult not to. From early in the morning, starting around 8 AM, the noise level has been unbearable. Between the constant vacuuming in the hallways, loud footsteps above and around us, and what honestly sounds like construction or renovations happening next door, we havenât been able to get any peace or rest during our stay.
On top of the noise issues, the service has also been disappointing. We specifically requested towels, and despite waiting, they were never brought to our room. For a place that should provide comfort and hospitality, the lack of responsiveness and consideration for guests has been incredibly frustrating.
Valet is extremely rude and it took 30 minutes for us to get our car when leaving to head to the airport. After waiting thirty minutes the guy with the Afro didnât even apologize for the wait, open the doors or anything. He just parked the car and left the door opened and walked right inside. The only nice valet guy was Josue.
Overall, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences weâve had, and I cannot recommend it. If I could give it less than 0/10, I would.
