28. Any complaints or issues with the property or other guests must be

reported to the host or property management immediately.

29. Guests need to turn off the air conditioners when they`re leaving the

premises.

30. Guests with pets must clean up after their animals.

32. No parties or loud music allowed inside the property. Immediate

eviction without refund if guests violate this rule.

33. A $250 damage deposit fee is required at reservation, refundable
